North Shore Dental Associates

I've been to a few different dentist over the years . North Shore Dental Associates I just love…read morethem so much. Dr Michael is the best . Helping with complex issues but making me feel human , and not judged in any way. I have a medical condition & the medications needed wreak havok on my teeth due to dry mouth . It is almost humiliating, but he is very compassionate, and does his very best since even sittings and being worked on causes issues with my neuralogical condition. He'd very patient & that has been difficult to find In dealing with my medical health & neuralogical condition that affects so much. I'm grateful O found North shore Dental Associates. Knowing that my neuralogical condition can potentially be set off just by going to the dentist - yet I have to go, used to cause lots of anxiety , but since my dentist is at North Shore Dental Associates I have heard no anxiety about going. I know I will be treated well there. Anyone hesitating to find a dentist for the AB reasons should try out North Shore Dental Associates ASAP because you will not regret it .

Phone calls are returned in a short time. I appreciate the reminders before an appointment. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an appointment. They are also very accommodating and understanding if I have have to reschedule. Occasional emergencies have been taking care of quickly. My only criticism would be with assistants wanting to take x-ray at every check-up which I do every six months. My physician insists that once a year is sufficient to limit cancer risk since I maintain good oral care and don't have complication. Overall, I would recommend this business to my family and friends without hesitation.

Broadway Family Dental - Me in his office the day of the procedure!

I was happy to see that the office is up to date with the most modern technology, more than any other recent dental services I've had! I'm happy to be a new patient there!

I can't say enough about the care I have received at Broadway Family Dental. Originally from Lynn I…read moremoved to Myrtle Beach in 2001. Last hear I broke a tooth while visiting family and was recommended to Dr. Meaney from a close friend. I called and explained that I was from out of town and the squeezed me in to their already busy schedule. The office personnel and the hygienist were incredibly efficient and friendly. My dentist in Myrtle Beach said my tooth needed to be pulled but Dr Meany printed me a crown and popped it right in. At that moment I said "This is my new dentist!" Next is even more incredible... I scheduled a cleaning appointment for March so that J could visit my aging mother for her birthday and get the cleaning done at the same time. They did the cleaning but the capped tooth that I had was broken on one side... He removed it, fixed it by grinding it down and doing another full crown and while I waited he prepared the other side of my mouth for a dental implant which I never thought I would be able to get done. I have to return in June to get the actual tooth implant inserted. I'm beyond ecstatic about this. Most dentists would have set me for at least another appointment. He killed two birds with one stone and did what another dentist told me couldn't be done! I highly recommend Dr. Meany to care for you and your family's dental healthcare!

I had (*) been a very satisfied patient of Perico Swampscott for more years than I can count…read more(began sometime in the early 1990s). I always had high regard for the care that I received there, until last year. When I returned for a routine dental cleaning I found the office to be not at all like it had once been. There was only one familiar face and I was told that my dentist, along with a number of loyal employees, from the reception desk to the hygienists to the doctors, mine in particular, were no longer with the practice. My hygienist did her usual excellent job. I scheduled my next visit and simply felt sad that things had changed so much. The reason that I am writing a review is that today I received a text message telling me that my cleaning appointment had been cancelled because the hygienist had left the practice. I was not offered an appointment with another hygienist. I am left feeling that I was simply cast away. One of the things that I really liked about Perico (aside from the great care that I received) was that there were many hygienists there. I valued using them all for all of their different knowledge. I always tried to have a different hygienist each time. (*) To be notified that my appointment was cancelled (less than a month before my appointment) because the last of the group of hygienists had left the practice (to repeat, there always were many and I loved them all) and not be offered an alternate appointment is unconscionably unprofessional. I mourn the loss of what Perico was and stood for. God save my teeth now!

A second opinion said the other side of their mouth can wait years and may not be needed at all. It's also very expensive, nearly maxing out our insurance limit which delayed needed cleanings to the following year.
