When we walked in, we got greeted by a female by the named Cecelia. Cecelia was very helpful, knew her job and knew it well. Helped me design the kitchen to what I visioned and sent me deferent 3D designs. She made the design and estimate and measurement process as easy as possible. After the design was finalized and deposit made. The material came next day, and the guys was working on the kitchen the following day . All in all it took 3 days to do the kitchens, ohh did I say it was 2 kitchens? 1 in the basement as well. The guys was clean professional and had the right tools to get it done. After they finished the stone guys came the following week and installed quartz as well. Another clean professional crew. Then we had a issue with fitment of stove in basement and they came back No problem and handled the issue. Cecelia is the girl to talk to, and will service my needs in the future. Price was best out there and delivered what I needed, hassle free, parking and free estimates. Thank you girl.

The hissing is pretty unwelcoming, so they should rethink keeping the cat in such a public space. I was pretty hesitant to move around the store, especially when it blocked the only way forward. They have some toilets on display but only a few Toto. When asked if they had more Toto elsewhere, the staff said they could order online for us and it would be cheaper than getting it from Toto directly. That was tempting but since toilets are for sitting, we really wanted to test them out and see if they're comfortable first. Scott & Jeff were able to provide advise & suggestions on where to place lights,(both recessed, pendant & under cabinet) the saddles between rooms and the daily assurance that things were right on schedule. Carlos & Elvis were the team that put the kitchen together from the tear down(floors, soffit, walls & ceiling) to the wallboard, taping, cabinet and crown molding installation. At the end of each day, a thorough clean up took place and the plastic dust covers that had been disturbed were repositioned for the work to be done the following day. I discovered Milano Granite & Marble when I was looking to purchase countertops and backsplash for…read moremy newly renovated kitchen. They were the company that Costco recommends in my area, so I knew that they had already been properly vetted. From my very first conversation with Milano they were generous with their time, answered all my questions, sent me images of quartz designs that I may like, etc. And they eventually sent me a quote without my even having to go to their showroom. I called back often changing my mind on the quartz style and they were always very patient and helpful. We eventually went to their showroom and chose a stunning new quartz product called GeoLuxe. In order to get an idea of pricing, I called a few other distributors/fabricators who sell this same item and they all came in at more than double the price of Milano. I kid you not. When Rocco came to my apt to measure, he offered smart and practical suggestions as to how to get around problem areas near my window, as well as the different thicknesses of the kitchen cabinets and panels. He was a real pro. Milano cut the stone, delivered it to us and did a brilliant job on the installation... all within 2 weeks of our giving the deposit. It was all so seamless. I wish every vendor I dealt with for my apt renovation were as competent, professional and meticulous as Milano.
