The main courses were exactly what they said and beyond delicious. Filet cooked perfectly and the tastiest chicken I have had in a very long time. The desserts were to die for! The only issue was a change in the delivery time (which was initiated by them) to an earlier time on the day of the event which caused us to have them deliver the food cold rather than pre-heated - since it was going to be 2 hours before the start of the event. I'll say this added to my already high stress levels but luckily I had people that were ready to help with heating and setup. Another thing I'll mention is we relied on their expertise with how much of each dish to supply. One thing that guests mentioned is that there wasn't near enough of the prawns. Additionally there was a ton of bread and Coq Au Vin left over. Again, this was Overall a good experience and I would recommend them to a friend. I'd just mention the delivery change as well as potential portion size adjustments.

From the beginning she made it clear what the timeline would look like for our partnership - what would be needed and when. When I became a little overwhelmed half-way through planning, Tyler was able to pick up additional scope of work which was a huge relief at the time. She also saved me a huge headache by picking up and dropping off some of my rental items since the minimum order spend for delivery was more than double my rental quote (my wedding was in a pretty remote area so most companies charged a high fee for delivery). Tyler was very thoughtful and organized about the little details I didn't think of which showcases her high degree of experience and attention to detail. She wasn't afraid to push on things on behalf of myself and my husband with our wedding venue - which I really appreciated! We had great communication throughout the wedding planning process - centralizing information in a shared Google doc. Tyler was willing to review my own personal wedding planning documents as well. She was always quick to respond to emails or texts, and also let me know in advance if she was going to be delayed in responding. On the day-of, Tyler had a great demeanor - when I saw her I could tell she was getting down to business but she made sure to keep things calm and light with me - making sure I felt comfy and relaxed on my wedding day. She kept things moving in the wedding day so we kept pace with the timeline. She made sure to account for all the logistical things like where to store decor items before and after the event. She was fantastic at corralling all the wedding vendors, collecting all the documents and information and knew when to keep me in/out of the loop at all times. Overall I would highly suggest working with Tyler for her high degree of experience, organization, thoughtfulness, and overall pleasant demeanor.

That coordinating team was beyond amazing!…read more They said on the day of the wedding I could enjoy the wedding and all would be don't by the team and they were not mistaken! It was unbelievable! Lorie,LaShawna and ALL the others were sooooo wonderful to deal with. Everything was as we talked about and exceeded our expectations!! Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Walk inside and you feel like you're at a cool party! Every bartender/ mixologist knows their stuff making well crafted cocktails. All the ingredients going in the drinks are quality. Griffo is fantastic with offering up both fabulous live music and DJ's. On nice days the warehouse door slides up offering more seating and quite often a tasty food truck. Additionally their spirits are offered to purchase there. I picked up a wonderful vodka, a gin as well as a delicious shrub syrup to add to cocktails. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Kat (manager I believe) - such an engaging person. What's not to love at Griffo?!?!

Though due to ownership changes we were told we no longer could have our event as planned and needed to find a new venue less than a month out from our large event. Without hesitation Kat said absolutely we will do whatever we can to accommodate you all. Rewind several months back and Kat reached out to me to see how we could collaborate. She wanted to ensure her space was welcoming, inclusive and a space that everyone, especially those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community knew they could come to and feel and be safe and have fun. With pre-planning for our event Kat was down to earth, easy going, personable and did all she could to try and say "yes" to all of our needs. She went out of her way to ensure that all of the kids at our event were safe and that there was space for everyone. If it was not for Kat and her team our event would not have been able to happen, which would have been very challenging for our organization, as our event is what helps financially sustain us throughout the year. Thank you, Kat, team and Griffos for opening your arms and hearts to us and for doing all that you can to ensure that the LGBTQIA2S+ community knows that they are safe and welcome at Griffos.
