Instead of up selling me and telling me I need a new transmission he listened that I was looking to get a new car within a couple of months. Leo was very professional and gave me up front pricing and told me how much it was going to cost for a new transfer case. The transfer case from Toyota was very expensive and he gave me another option on a used one. The truck only had 50k miles and he recommended me to go for a new one and spend the extra cash. I decided to use his advise and go for the new transfer case. Better Miles gave me a 1 year warrantee and both parts and labor. Thank you Leo, the truck runs great and I will stop doing 4 wheel drive donuts in the snow. This was an expensive mistake.

Pat hung up on the mechanic who originally was working on another part of my car. That should've…read morebeen my sign! I was told 3-5 days to fix my transmission. They gave me a quote. I was desperate and had to fix it. The time and price doubled! Every time I called I was hung up on by Pat or Nick would rush me off and say "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" and never called back. They were supposed to fix my transmission and the key fob wasn't unlocking my front doors when I came to pick up my car. I went to get gas and the inside of the door fell off. They blamed it on electrical work they claimed was recently done however I've had this car a few years and never had electrical work done! They took pictures of it I assume to cover themselves. I regret using Google, and not reading Yelp. I should've known better! When I mentioned yelps reviews Nick had nothing but negative things to say about their former patrons. Long story short STAY AWAY!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I was in the process of buying a boat and wanted to have the boat surveyed. I was coming from out…read moreof state and searched for my options. I talked to Roger about the boat and the outboard and he immediately was able to suggest the areas we should focus on based on his knowledge of the brand and year of the boat and motor. On the day of the survey, Roger showed up early and was ready to get to work. He did a great job going through each part of the boat, asking the owner a number of questions to understand how the boat was used which gave him a better idea of things he should look at. Roger completed a comprehensive review of all the major parts of the boat, asked me what me intentions were with the boat, and the price I was going to pay. He picked up in a few items that needed to be addressed and was immediately able to tell me what the cost would be to repair them. I have used a number of marine mechanics in my years of boating, and Roger is one of the best. Very responsive, and very reasonable with his prices. I would highly recommend him for marine repair!
