Our disposal was locked, Adam arrived and was able to break it loose so we didn't need a new unit…read more He said that we should run the disposal every couple of days to keep it running smoothly. The leak we see from upstairs is probably a plumbing joint that has come loose or a crack in a pipe. Adam said that he would recommend cutting into the ceiling and checking out the piping. Excellent service tech, great company to do business with.

First, they always show up when they say they will. Second, their plumbers know what they're doing. Third, their guys have pointed out a couple of potential issues along the way which weren't part of the original scope of work, but nonetheless were pretty helpful to know as a homeowner. I know that pointing out issues is kind of like upselling, but it actually didn't come across as upselling because there wasn't any pressure to do the work. And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. Four stars. Keep them in your contact list just in case!

I was referred to Mike the owner by a longtime business relationship. He was able to provide a budget over the phone and meet a tight timeline. Chris came out to do the work and the results are amazing. In one day Chris accomplished: * Change laundry room washer valves out * Change two toilet valves and install two new toilets * Reduce two former sinks of piping in the master bathroom down to one location (vanity was out so space was open). * Connect all plumbing to the new kitchen. * Connect garbage disposal I found Chris to be an incredibly efficient technician. They will receive all of the work I have a need for and HIGH praise for anyone needing a great plumbing company. THANK YOU MIKE

I did not supervise the rep and noted the next day that he drilled holes through the middle of my kitchen cabinets to run the line, left sawdust on all the dishes and because of where its located I cannot put tall items in those cabinets. Called immediately and was unprofessionally advised that anyone hired would do the same. Paid $295.00. Now I need to hire someone to redo the line and also repair my cabinets. No remedy or refund was offered. Used Papas because they fixed a bathroom leak but months later i realized there is water damage in that guest bathroom.
