Paul came out, carefully measured everything, and took the time to explain my options. He recommended good-quality blinds at a reasonable price without trying to upsell me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. What impressed me even more was that Paul personally helped take down the old blinds so they could be picked up. That was not his job or responsibility--he was simply kind enough to help me out, and I really appreciated it. The new blinds were installed properly, everything looks great, and they cleaned up and took all the trash with them when they finished. Crystal was also wonderful to work with throughout the process. After everything I went through before finding them, I couldn't be happier with the service from Blinds for Design. A professional, honest, family-run business that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Paul, Crystal, and their team.

It was hard to find someone willing to cut a piece of single pane glass for a decent price, until we called Glassworks by design. The office lady was extremely kind, there was also a man that helped us (the owner maybe?). This was an upbeat experience and I highly recommend them. They also sell Milgard windows, which are top of the line, and when I picked up the glass my mother decided to buy a new window for her house.

Scott is simply the best, the level of service he provides is unmatched. From start to finish Scott was incredibly kind, professional and took the time to help me pick out the correct shutters. One out of many instances that come to mind is when deciding on the color of the shutters, he went above and beyond to take numerous samples, walked around my kitchen comparing the different shades to my walls and kitchen cabinets. I received two other quotes from competing companies and they simply did not hold a candle to Scott. With the other two I felt like just another customer/dime, with Scott I felt like a close friend and felt confident that if something should malfunction that I can call him and he would immediately come out to rectify the issue. Scott installed shutters on all 19 windows and one sliding glass door in our home. It took us a few years to have the opportunity to make this purchase and it has paid off. My husband and I could not be happier. The shutters are absolutely beautiful and add the perfect finishing touch to our home. We have even joked that our home looks like a model home now. Not only do they look fabulous, they also provide complete privacy and darkness. Thank you Scott, you are the best, we appreciate your service and all the hard work that you have done to elevate our home to the level that my husband and I have worked so long to achieve.

Then contacted Accent and the lady at the desk said they have a repair person who could come out to check on the shutter. And she informed me there was a $135 fee for the visit. But she also said that if it were a quick fix there would be no charge. A week later repair man came and checked out the shutter and said it only needed a slight adjustment He proceeded to change the settings on the side of the shutter with a screw driver, and it worked fine. The repair took less than 2 minutes. And he left.....a true "quick fix". Subsequently receive a bill for $85 from the repair. The invoice said $135, less $50 for the quick repair. I called and was told by Carol it was a correct charge as they blocked a hour for my repair and they had to collect. I responded that I was told there would be no charge if it were it were a quick fix. She then proceeded to tell me that whoever told me that was wrong. HELLO!!! So if you need a repair from Accent, beware of any talk about no charge for a quick fix. I believe $85 was excessive given the nature of the repair. So they get a fast and dirty 2 STARS........
