I did receive an email offering an appointment for Friday 1pm. I immediately responded back stating yes that would work and what we were looking for. So, Friday comes around and I wait for the appointment. By after 1pm, no one showed up, I sent an email. No response. By 2pm, I sent another email after no one showed up. No one ever did show up for our appointment. This was highly frustrating as I wasted quite a bit of time waiting for someone that never showed up. About 24 hours later, I received an email from this Cassandra person stating that I never responded for the appointment. Really? This statement was made in the very same email string that she had where I did indeed respond. I then responded to her email explaining that I did respond. She has completely ignored me, never to respond again. No apology, made a mistake, how I can correct my mistake. Nothing. How damn unprofessional! How does this company stay in business. Spend money on advertising, get a request for business, then ignore them and blow them off. For all reading this, avoid this company and get quotes from the many others that actually want the business.

April 29, 2026 - Installers came out to hang the blinds BUT noticed that ALL the valences and some parts were missing. They informed the company and said they had to come out again to finish the job. I also called the consultant and the company when nothing was done after a month. I was told the parts were "in transit." My bedroom windows and wall art had to be covered with paper since the sun coming in made the bedroom too hot--and privacy was an issue. May 14, 2026 - One of the slats on the new blinds fell off by itself! I had only used it a couple of times since installation. I called Tafoya contractors to see if someone could fix it on Monday June 8, 2026 at 10:00. No answer. June 2026 - Several times now, I was told that the missing parts are "in transit." Unfortunately, I have already paid almost $3,600 and it is months later--still don't know when the parts to complete my blinds will arrive. In the past 20 years, I have always ordered from 3 Day Blinds when I needed window coverings.... Maybe the company should rename themselves : Three Months or More Blinds. Scott is simply the best, the level of service he provides is unmatched. From start to finish Scott was incredibly kind, professional and took the time to help me pick out the correct shutters. One out of many instances that come to mind is when deciding on the color of the shutters, he went above and beyond to take numerous samples, walked around my kitchen comparing the different shades to my walls and kitchen cabinets. I received two other quotes from competing companies and they simply did not hold a candle to Scott. With the other two I felt like just another customer/dime, with Scott I felt like a close friend and felt confident that if something should malfunction that I can call him and he would immediately come out to rectify the issue. Scott installed shutters on all 19 windows and one sliding glass door in our home. It took us a few years to have the opportunity to make this purchase and it has paid off.
