If you want your alarm to go off and no one is called, including law enforcement, this company is for you. Run, and run fast.I am short on time today, but I will detail my 6-year ordeal with them in a later update. I didn't originally pick this company. When I bought my current building, there was a contract in place. This company stated I "had" to take over the contract. It didn't seem like a big deal at the time because I needed security on the building, but security is exactly what I did not get. I did get every automated debit to pay for it, just never the service.

Marty asked me a lot of questions and was short with some of my answers. He eventually said that he could make a key and fob. His prices were very reasonable. I called him later that same day and asked if we could set up an appointment for Friday. He said to call him around 8:30 Friday morning and he would "probably tell me to come in." I called around 8:40 Friday morning and he seemed to have zero recollection of any of our prior conversation. He said that he had a hectic week and was running very behind that morning. He said he just took a commercial call and would need to be somewhere at 10. I told him where I was from and he said it would take about 30 minutes to get to him and he would put me down for 9:15. He said the job would take about 10 minutes for me and he would need travel time to get to his next job. I left my house immediately after hanging up with him. I arrived at his "business" at 9:17 and he was nowhere to be found. The door was locked. I called his number and got a message saying that he could not answer his phone now and there was no voice mail. I sat in my car for a little over 5 minutes and waited to see if he would show up. He never did. I assumed he bailed on me to go to his supposed commercial job. I texted him later expressing that his actions were very unprofessional. He came back at me saying it he is busy and he is taking care of his family. Family means more than money to him. He said that I did not call him and that it was on me. WHAT?!? We had an appointment and I did call him. He continued blaming me and acting extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up blocking his number.

They expect after you have worked a 16 hour shift you just should not be tired like you are a robot. If something bad happens to you they could care less as long as there is a body there to fill the spot. there are multiple people who want to leave but need the money. They are a complete joke and if I could leave negative 59 stars I would so sickening how employees are treated. highly would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!! So I asked her to ask for her application so I can get the address and I gave her directions but she told me she doesn't drive so I told her call for a Uber and she said she never heard of it. I figured they hire her just for her looks and age. She said she was 18. Me I'm 26 and have no interest in her. So I told her what Uber was and then she told me she had no card and asked me for a ride home and I decline and told her ask the hiring guy. She couldn't find him so we went look for him and only to find out he was in the car smoking weed while we was watching some kind of video and he told me go home I'm not wanted and told the girl she got the job. What a joke!
