I recently tried to replace my water inlet valve on my washing machine, (just trying to save $$),needless to say I had no luck reassembling the machine. I called JD, explained my issue and was promptly told that he was not going to touch my machine, he said it was an insult to his work that I didn't contact him first before attempting to fix it myself, I explained that I didn't mean to insult his business but was only trying to save money. I made a mistake and I was very willing to pay him whatever the cost would be. Needless to say I threw away his business card that I've had attached to my fridge for a long time. Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup. I highly recommend them and assure you will not be disappointed. We will be using them again in a few months to move us to our new home once the construction is completed.

Diamond Mow Masters was willing and available to come out within a couple of hours to provide an estimate as well as begin work. for what it's worth, this is the friday before memorial day. the man that came out is "Jamie". Jamie mowed both my front and rear lawns, edged, got the grass coming through my cracked driveway, and cleaned up with a blower. he left no clumps on either lawn and was overall thorough with all of the service he provided. i feel that the lawn care provided along with what was charged was a great value. Diamond Mow Masters will now be my weekly lawn care service provider. Jamie let me now that he also provides landscaping services.
