I originally sent a message for a quote. My key fob broke and I have been calling around getting quotes but not liking the quotes that I was getting from dealers and locksmiths. Friendly answer on the phone. The actual locksmith answers the phone which was so nice compared to the other places I called (keys were locked in the car). He was very concerned about whether I needed in my car right away. He even referred me elsewhere if need be. I was not in a rush and he even came after hours and I was over in Birch Run and he was STILL the best price around. $60. Our ski trip was interrupted by my daughter some how bending the car key when we stopped for gas, so that it would not longer start the car. Subaru said we'd have to have it towed to a dealer, which would mean the end of the trip since it was a Saturday.
