Marty knows what he is doing when it comes to locks and keys and all things automotive. Answered my call on the first ring and showed up to save the day in a moments notice. Highly trained and prepared for any car, any lock at any moment. He and his truck are ready for anything, it appeared! He carried no doubt on being able to fix my situation ( 2 professionals before him had just told me they were at a loss and unable to....) So his confidence and calming demeanor was definitely a wave of relief at a stressful time. He had the situation worked out and fixed in hardly any time at all. He's dependable and the cost was so reasonable. I would have paid much more to get out of the situation and it means a lot that he didn't exploit the situation to over charge. He was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend his service to anyone and everyone. Seek no further-call Marty, you'll be so happy you did!!!! read more

I originally sent a message for a quote. My key fob broke and I have been calling around getting quotes but not liking the quotes that I was getting from dealers and locksmiths. Marty requested that I call him to set an appointment up. I called him on Saturday and despite his best efforts to accommodate me, we were not able to meet up. I texted him today (Monday) to set something up for this week. 30 minutes later I had a brand new working key fob. Amazing. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend his services. Top notch customer service. Call him, you won't regret it. Good job! read more

Friendly answer on the phone. The actual locksmith answers the phone which was so nice compared to the other places I called (keys were locked in the car). He was very concerned about whether I needed in my car right away. He even referred me elsewhere if need be. I was not in a rush and he even came after hours and I was over in Birch Run and he was STILL the best price around. $60. He said that he was out to make big money off of people, he just wanted to help people, and I believe him. I was also a young women alone and felt safe and comfortable. read more

Our ski trip was interrupted by my daughter some how bending the car key when we stopped for gas, so that it would not longer start the car. Subaru said we'd have to have it towed to a dealer, which would mean the end of the trip since it was a Saturday. Marty was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and after sending some images of the key by text, he provided direction on how to straighten it with a hammer. Sounds basic, but it worked and the trip was saved. read more

I lost my second key fob while the other one was packed away someplace very inconvenient. Marti was understanding, prompt, and professional. He got back to me within an hour, and he was onsite within two. He charged at least half of what the dealership would have had. I needed to take my vehicle there to get my fob replaced. In to that, he provided service on the week end when I was sure I would have to wait several days. Frankly, I could not be happier. read more

Marty comes highly recommended. Ford dealership referred him to me and he was a life saver. Not only did he make me new keys for my doors and ignition he fixed a problem that I have had fixed five different times. When I reached out to him he assested the situation and was able to fix it the next day. read more
