The I found his company online through a made-up profile, he shows up at our house he talks a good game but he absolutely did not fix anything I actually had to take my furnace apart just to fix where he screwed up, he promises pictures of every vent before and after. I received two pictures that aren't even of the same vent and I don't even know if there ours. We told him prior that our landlord would be paying and that we would need an invoice. He agreed, then before he left he demanded we pay cash check or Zelle and told us he could not leave until he was paid! And he had the audacity to ask for a tip!! Luckily our maintenance guy had painted a lot of the things shut so I was able to tell after he left that he did not do three of our vents or the air return and we only had five!!
