Even though it was only a partial groom, I was charged for a complete groom. In addition, I was also charged an upcharge as supposedly a second groomer was needed to hold him. I was never told there was a potential for an upcharge even though I made it explicitly clear both when I made the appointment AND when I dropped him off that he could be difficult. I was charged $70.00 for a groom that left my dog looking ridiculous. When I questioned being charged for a complete groom even though his underside and head and face were not groomed, the groomer said "well I did spend 45 minutes on him". That, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I was not opposed to paying some for the groom, but being charged for a full groom is ludicrous, especially for the groom that my dog received. I cannot recommend this grooming establishment.

I come in and am satisfied with their work: well cleaned and groomed, nails filed without injury, no nicks from the shears, and his generally calm (for him) disposition upon my return. Probably the one thing I'd say is that they don't always notify you right away when your dog is finished with the groom. Not that big of deal for me.

As soon as we arrived he was showered with hugs and kisses and reassuring words. Twenty minutes in his eyes were glazed over with pure delight as he was getting scrubs and more kisses. I was like "you're fine" and headed back home! We will be back. We we're so pleased with Mack (brown dog) we took our other dog Oscar (black dog) to Daisys VIP grooming today and we are nothing less than delighted! My mother cleans houses and says "I love to find the dirt, it means I'm going a good job"....well at Daisys VIP, she finds the hair!!!! We had no idea Oscar had so much under coat. She's so good with them. I know my boys are well taken care of when I drop them off. Can't wait for their next appointment! We will be back!

I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. YOU NEED TO PASS ONTHIS PLACE!!! BAD!! If I could give them a NEGATIVE 10 I would! Be sure to…read morewatch the live web stream camera before you make a decision on boarding your dog at this place! Your dog will get NO HUMAN INTERACTION whatsoever. The staff stand around on their phone or with their hands on their hips - they will not so much as bend down to pet your dog on the head. Unless your dog is super rowdy he/she will not get any petting, talking to, or if it is a small dog they will not pick them up. They are completely uninterested in your pet. They act like they hate dogs and their job. Your dog will be in a small play area with anywhere from 20-40 dogs, they are crammed in and they usually had just 1 staff member between TWO rooms of dogs, generally over 50-70 dogs total AND that staff member is looking at their phone or leaning over the divider wall about to fall asleep. All they do is clean up the pee and poop, that's it. One day they had so many dogs they put the daycare dogs in my dog's overnight cabin and he did not get a mid-day break back to his cabin to rest. Those dogs slept in my dog's bed and ate his food. Another day they were only open 1/2 a day, they put the boarding dogs back in their cabin at noon and never came back to feed them their dinner or anything until the next morning. My dog lost over 2 pounds (and he's only 8 pounds - he drank 2 whole bowls of water as soon as we got home - he ate so much food for the first two days back home). WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!! INHUMANE TREATMENT!!! They should be SHUT DOWN!!!! The Owner does not care!
