I'd advise taking care with fish- they use RO water, so drip acclimation will be necessary if you're on KC tap water. The Pygmy's cories I got from them were healthy, but they needed a slow acclimation to be put into my quarantine. They're now in the display. They're knowledgeable about their fish and plants (I'd assume salt water as well, but I don't have a saltwater tank, so I can't say one way or the other). The plants I've purchased from them have been great, except for one buce brownie tissue culture that melted and hasn't come back, but apparently my tank doesn't like buce, because I've tired multiple times, and buce melts and never come back, so I don't fault them for that. Their plants are nearly always in good shape and happy. I did buy some downoi that was super leggy, and so I trimmed it to use only the best of it. It's there, in the tank, and I'm watching to see what it does. But the tissue culture of the downoi I got from them really took off, and is propagating just fine. Their cost is in line with online sellers when you factor in shipping. I'll continue to use them. I've been pleased with the knowledge of the employees and their locality.

Everything in the store is made by someone in the program. That program supports people living with a disability. It's amazing! You can see where they do the sewing for all the toys and bandanas. They are also raising money to open a housing community for those with disabilities because it's often much more difficult for them to obtain and maintain housing. That part of the organization is called Belong KC and I bought myself a tshirt to support that effort! They also have a large selection of bandanas. The design that fits over the collar so it stays on! The treats are handmade and so cute as well! They have handmade toys for dogs and cats! I'm so glad I saw them while grabbing a coffee at 7 Brew and stopped in! What a wonderful organization to have in the community. I'll be going back for more! I had…read moreone stylist last month who called me 90 minutes after drop telling my dog was groomed and trimmed when she was not trimmed at all; then I had to make multiple calls and finally bring her back to get $100 back. The frequently cancel every 2 to 3 appointments so are not a reliable groomer.
