I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. There was no time limit like other dog washing places I have been to, so this was great knowing I could take our time and work on brushing out all of her hair! They told me they were closed Sunday and Monday (yet they were open 3 other days since) and they don't bother the owner for every little thing. Washing your dog, depending on the size of your dog, can be a multi-person chore. Do you want to clean up your bathroom AND your dog, in reverse order? U-Wash Puppy provides an excellent alternative to doing this in your home. One of the best parts is that the tubs are almost chest high, so you don't have to bend over to keep your dog still while you try to bathe them. Shampoo, brushes, and towels (and aprons!) are provided as part of the overall service. Yes, you have to do most of the work, but they do have options to have their staff do the bathing for you. They will even do a nail trim for your dog! Prices are fair for the overall service (I think we paid $14) but we got in, washed our stinky Gracie dog, and got back in the car within about 15 minutes. It was a far better experience than doing it in the back yard, the bathroom, or elsewhere. Sure, it's an extravagance, but it's well worth it and the staff is very friendly!

I called ahead of time to see if reservations are needed and the owner Lisa answered, and said walk-ins are welcome and they provide everything but the dirty dog! When we got there, we had to wait about 5 minutes because it was so busy! They have 4 bays for dog washing and they are quite big and roomy! Lisa and her staff sanitize between each wash. They keep the place very clean and spotless! They had lots of options for shampoos, conditioner, brushes, cleaner for the ears, towels, and Fragrance spray! They also had 2 different blow dryers, one of which wasn't as loud and had a heat setting which I appreciate since my dog doesn't like the loud dryers! The wash costs $19 any size, any dog!
