Their food is ok to good, but it's nothing original. It's solid for delivery; however, I ordered the chow mien and it's the weirdest and grossest thing. It made with lettuce/bok choy? It shrimp with a bunch of sloppy, watery, smooshy greens. No celery. Chow mien is simple. I get it. This is just weird though. The flavor is fine. I can eat the shrimp. read more

Excellent food! We will have two meals with their generous servings. All of our group of 6 agreed that Garden Wok will be our go to Asian restaurant!! Also, thank you so much for being open on Christmas Day!! The service was amazing considering the number of take out orders. They moved like speeders AND our order was perfect!!Fantastic!! Thank you so much!! read more

I had such a hankering for Singapore Mai Fun, and this was my last hope to have it for Christmas dinner in an hour's radius! It was absolutely delicious, and I'll definitely be back. read more

The food is aways hot and always very good. They also have an amazing variety of items. If you can't find anything you like, you are too picky. read more

Waited 45 mins for noodles and chicken and they told me to come back in 30 minutes. Worse customer service ever. How about I never go. Food is disgusting at best. i would never eat there and I'll never order it for my family again. St Cloud offers way better food. I would give it negative stars if I could. read more

To be honest, the food was mediocre at best. I've had far better Chinese at much better establishments. But the food wasn't the problem. It was the service. I'm a kind and patient person, and I can understand if the wait time was a bit long because they were understaffed. But there was at least six people in view, and probably even more I didn't see. I called ahead about an hour before I came, and they said they'd have it ready in an hour. So, I drove up an hour after I called. I have now been sitting in line for around 20 minute, give or take, and I still have not gotten my food. They won't even talk to me, or give me my food. I was told they were still cooking it but I can see plenty of food just sitting around. If i could give 0 stars I would. One of my worst experiences at a drive through. Will not be returning. read more

Order online at 5:45pm, at restaurant arrival they couldn't find the order, after looking they did is 6:35pm now and still not ready, arrived to pick at 6:25pm and very rude lady that's why they get one star and 0 tip, cause they didn't even apologize for their mistake. read more

Love the coconut chicken and coconut shrimp!! Always hit and ready for pick up and friendly service!

Yelp listing says they are open until 9:30 pm. Drove all the way from Royalton and the business was closed. Sign on door says open on Monday. Small sign in window says they are closed on Mondays. Need consistent sinage and update there online listing! Fail! read more

We like the combos. Curry chicken with pork fried rice. Moo Goo Gaipan. Also Singapore Mei Fun. Service is always fast when we call ahead.

Good selection of very good food. Prices were decent and the help friendly. I liked how they serve the food in meal prep containers. So if you have leftovers just put the lid on take it home. read more

The food was very disappointing compared to last two times I went. The sauce was way to much and very thick. Service was great!

It's been awhile but Garden Wok is such a great quick to go place to get good food and great value. I was craving seafood and decided to get their Seafood Delight under their specialties to go. Call in your orders...they are so busy and will not entertain any drive through without orders first. As you drive up, you can always smell the good charred wok smell 'Wok Hei' that's what Chinese called the delicious smell. The Seafood Delight is filled with shrimp, scallops and imitation crab meat with bamboo shoots, broccoli, cabbage, baby corn and mushroom. They are coated in a generous garlic creamy savory and sweet sauce...perfect with rice! I definitely recommend if you are in the area, try their hot and sour soup and orange chicken. Perfect for the community in Sartell to have a decent Asian food place. read more

This place is the best Chinese food in the area! The food is always hot and delicious. We've even ordered huge party trays during big family holiday visits and it has never disappointed. read more

Great food and customer service I am surprised in the consistency and quality so far the best in town read more

I had beef and Broccoli. The broccoli wasn't cooked at all. There were carrots in the dish and the were also as crunchy as can be.

Not a fancy, but efficient online ordering mechanism. The service was helpful and friendly, even though I arrived well before my food was expected. I took my food to go but would have gladly eaten in. read more

best chinese in the area by far! service was very quick and efficient, the food tasted great!

Very pleasant experience. Ordered online and no problems...order was ready when I got there. The young lady at the counter was was very pleasant and engaging. We ordered Szechuan Chicken and Kung Pau Shrimp and ate at home. Both were delicious well seasoned with plenty of meat, shrimp and fresh tasty vegetables! It is 25 miles away, but when I am in the Sartell area I will get take-out again. read more

They always do a great job. Efficient. Delicious. Get the Garlic Veggie Tofu; it's flavorful!

The food I ordered was waiting when I got there. Friendly staff and good pricing. Ok

Horrible! I ordered 3 different dishes they were all not good. I paid extra for brown rice which tasted like it just had some brown chemical added to it, I couldn't even eat it. I did eat some orange chicken and some sesame chicken which was okay. However, I ended up vomiting about an hour later because it was so disgusting! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about them! Food was absolutely amazing. We had orange chicken, fried rice & cream cheese wontons. The delivery driver was quick and called a minute before he arrived so that we were ready to pay and grab the food. I will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you read more

Worst delivery service ever! The 1st time my wife called, they put the phone down and simply forgot about her so she had to call back. Then she ordered and they were somewhat short with her on the phone and took her credit card info, and then proceeded to her it would be an HOUR for delivery. Being she was desperate for Chinese food and not many other options we decided to still wait. Once they got to our house, blasting their stereo in our quite neighborhood, 20 minutes later (you would seem that would be a plus but we both had a snack anticipating the long wait) they asked if I was paying cash, I told them we paid with credit card and they insisted we told them cash but looked for a long time for our receipt, I had to read them my credit card THREE MORE TIMES due to "computer issues". I'm hoping I am not double or triple charged but we shall see. They were completely unprofessional and we will NOT be ordering take out again from them. On a side note I have dined in there before and it was pretty good and the lunch prices are decent. This isn't my only bad experience with them which is why I am writing the review. read more

Great customer service. The food was so delicious. Not greasy like China star. Food came hot and fresh for our delivery. Will definitely get from here from now on. read more

New Garden Wok - Sesame chicken and Mongolian Beef - Chinese Near Me - Sartell, Minnesota

I have tried to continue ordering from this restaurant over the past two months. Over the last 4 weeks the food quality has been very bad. The order time exceeds an hour now and the food has been horrible lately. I got chicken wings last night and they were excessively over cooked and very dark. Two months ago I was spending 100 per week. Now I'm all done because they just don't care. read more

We did an online order. The order was going to take a little over an hour to get there. We got the order and it was about a half hour late. The food was not hot when we got it and what made it worse is we were missing items in our order. This was a fairly large order with the total being Over $85.00. When I called them they blamed Grub Hub but the bags were stapled shut and there wasn't any evidence of it being tampered with. The girl that answered the phone did not seem to care that we were missing items. She could not credit us at all but could offer a discount on our next order. I explained that we had people that now did not get something to eat but she just kept talking over me on the phone and just said that is their company policy. I said that giving us a discount on our next order would not work because we were done with them with this one being the last straw. We have had issues in the past. I will now go to the Chinese restaurant in St Joe instead. read more

The food was absolutely excellent, among the best Chinese meals I've ever had. Unfortunately they delivered no plates or silverware to our hotel room which made it very difficult to eat. Would definitely order again but would not tip the driver before I check my bag for platicware. I chose to do the online order and even specifically requested plates and forks because we were in a hotel. Maybe that was upsetting to them read more

They have good but not great food but their downfall is that it takes forever to get delivery. 3 times I ordered online and was told 45 mins and it took 1.5-2 hours. When i complained they said they would give me free fried wontons but that's it. If they're that busy they should hire more drivers!! read more

Many times they've messed up my order. The food quality is adequate at best overpriced and half the time I don't even get what I order. Me and my wife are never eating there again read more

NOT FRIENDLY OR CONSIDERATE SERVICE. If you've got an allergy (I called to ask about Gluten in their sauces) expect to be told very unkindly that you're basically not welcome. I wouldn't recommend supporting them with your purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend SAWATDEE Thai restaurant downtown St. Cloud as a much better, friendly, allergy safe, worthwhile alternative! Much better food there, & certainly better service!!! read more

I like the food but there is a young girl that helps you at the drive up window that needs a course in customer service she is just down right rude!!! and as a customer I don't think I want to go back there people shouldn't be treated like that, If you don't want to work there and your miserable then do us all a favor and quit!! I will take the extra 10 minute drive and go to China Star... read more

Horrible food. We ordered 3 different things, all varying in price by up to $3 and they all looked and tasted exactly the same. Gross chewy tofu. Also, we asked for brown rice with our meals, and rather than just telling us they don't have brown rice they made us pay $3.50 extra for what they said was brown rice but was actually fried white rice. So rather than making our meal healthier they made way less healthy by giving us rices dripping with oil. We just threw it all away. We even complained and they didn't give us any money back. read more

Just moved to Sartell from the Nashville area where there was an abundance of great Chinese food restaurants and was concerned about what we were leaving behind. Ordered for delivery and it was fast! No complaints about that at all. The Curry chicken was spicy as it claimed to be. I am usually disappointed by food that claims to deliver heat. My daughter ordered sesame chicken and it was great as well. Food portions were huge for the price, enough for 2 meals in the combo. Egg rolls are just mediocre, need more meat in them. I have now found my go-to Chinese place in town. read more

For a town that gives Panda Express an abundance of stars, it's hardly surprising that Chinese food options are pretty pathetic in the greater Saint Cloud area. Sigh. It wasn't inedible. It just was a waste of calories. read more

Mediocre food, fast delivery service despite the wait time they quote you, decent price. We order a couple times a month. It's OK, just nothing to write home about. read more

Bad customer service from Garden Wok in Sartell. Ordered food to go. Misunderstanding, brought Bruce's food out to eat in house, but not mine?? The manager should have explained they had to remake the meals, but she just asked if we ordered to here or go. Explained we ordered to go. When questioning the wait time they had to remake our order. When approached, they chose to put the blame on us. Shame on them!!! read more

Not sure what I just ate. The food was bland. Won't be eating here again. Delivery guy was nice.

Ordered food online (was happy they offered online ordering). Called to confirm order after submitting it online because their online system didn't ask for the security code on the back of the card or my zip code and I wanted to make sure the order went through. Once the order was confirmed I waited.... and waited... and waited... after an hour and 20 minutes I called again. They asked for my phone number and said "it's out for delivery but the delivery driver is delayed." I asked when he left the restaurant and they said 20-25 minutes ago. They offered me a $3.00 discount at this point. I said I doubted my food would be warm since I ordered it over an hour ago and it's be driving around for 20-25 minutes. I was told they would refund my money if the food wasn't hot. I would just have to call again once the food showed up. That was 15 minutes ago and the food still isn't here. I'm sure this place is run by well meaning nice people, but they need to seriously get things in order over there. I can't rate the food obviously... because it never showed up... but the business gets a big fat "F" read more

they got my order wrong 2 times in a row, the 2nd time the food was delivered ice cold as well, they said they would make it up to me by replacing the order and then gave me the wrong food, these people seem to have no idea how to write an order down or they just do not care..... poor service would be the absolute least I can say, I would also say the food is cafeteria style food so it is nothing to write home about, I recommend you skip this place unless you want the wrong food 1 1/2 hours after you order it read more
