I'm definitely getting two full meals out of this instead of one! The eggroll wasn't anything special and probably wouldn't order it again. I can't speak on the ambiance or table service, however they know us by name and always pay special attention to us every time we visit. If you want fresh American Chinese food this is the best I have had in a long time. I have lived in Seattle and NC. They do their stir frys perfectly for take out. The veggies are still crisp and the rice fluffy. I have tried most the non seafood stir frys and they are consistently well seasoned and cooked. When I ask for spicy, they give it to me. I usually do soups from here when I'm sick. I don't like my soups thickened so I do thin it out when I get home. The soups are full of all the right things and I really enjoy the hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, and panang curry. I usually have about 3 meals from a single large soup order. If you are looking for a very affordable lunch, they have specials! I can usually make two meals or of my dinner combo.

Price is on point and flavors are delicious ($12-15 or so for an entree) My son gets the pho which has a very flavorful broth and tastes very classic. I've been craving Pho for a while now and didn't want to drive all the way down to the cities…read more Since I had the day off today I decided to give this place a try. First, the parking was packed. I had to wait to find a spot. Very small lot. Some of that was for the other businesses though. About half the tables in the place were taken with people dining in. I was promptly greeted and seated. the staff was very attentive, checking in on me several times while I ate. I had the Beef Flank Pho, Eggrolls, and a Soda. The Pho was fantastic. It came out piping hot and I had to wait a while to dig in. Exactly what I was looking for. It's probably tied for third for my favorite MN Pho spots (Taste of Asia in Eden Prairie being the first, and Quang in Mpls being second). Great flavor, and a generous amount of beef. A lot of places will give you too many noodles and not enough meat. This bowl was very well balanced. My compliments there. The eggrolls were nice. I didn't need two of them but that's how they came. The fish sauce was also nice. The soda was a bottle served with a glass of ice. (Although I would suspect that if they served fountain soda they could charge less and make more margin at the same time). Overall, I was very happy with the service and the flavors of the food. The only knock here that I'm taking a star off for is the price. It was $27.09 before tip (and $32.08 after tip). That's pretty high for just a lunch at a hole in the wall joint. I just had dinner at Texas Roadhouse (also a pretty casual place) two nights ago and got a steak, a loaded baked potato, a salad, rolls, soda, and peanuts for about the same price. I'll definitely stop back once in a while when the Pho craving hits, but in these economic times I can't make this a regular once a week thing or anything at those prices.

We also had the Panang Curry with tofu, which was delicious, and the Pad Lawn with Chicken. The vegetables in the Pad Lawn were cooked with a nice sear that left them sweet but not too firm or soft. Our only mistake was choosing spice level 2/5, a bit spicy for this MN girl, but still able to finish our dinner. They're doing great for being open only 3 weeks. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
