Clean and quiet with private rooms and a very thorough and relaxing massage. Left totally stress free.

I already put this on Google Reviews, but this place is so good that it deserves at least a second…read morereview. Michelle, the woman running the massage place, is very personable and friendly. There is a very good reason why her massage place is rated with five stars: she is THAT GOOD. She'll talk to you, then let you zone out once you're comfortable. Oh, and to be extremely blunt for any creeps lurking around: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A MASSAGE. This place is for people who want therapy to improve their mental and physical health. So, please do yourself a favor and make sure that that's genuinely why you're coming. Michelle is a gem of a massage therapist and deserves all the reviews that she gets. Her parlor is also located in a really awesome complex with just about everything from really good local coffee to pizza to Chinese food and bubble tea!

Let me just say Michelle was amazing and I'll be back for sure. This was my first prenatal massage…read moreand it won't be my last. Michelle is detail oriented, gentle when moving you around, but massages with the right amount of pressure. Everything from start to finish is so relaxing and professional. The room and blankets are so nice and clean. You can tell she takes care of the place very well. And you can tell she cares about her clients. I felt like a new person and didn't want to leave the bed when it was finished lol. Thank you Michelle for such a great experience!! :)

The girls at the front desk were super sweet and gave me the rundown about the spa's layout and etiquette. Check-in was super simple. You walk in, ask for a day pass, make reservations for additional services if you want (I recommend reserving at least a week earlier to get your preferred time), and they give you your wristband and lounge attire/towel. The women's locker rooms and bath area were pretty clean and very spacious. You don't need to bring very many toiletries, as they have large dispensers of lotion in the locker room area and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area. They have hair dryers for use and lots of outlets in the vanity area in case you want to bring other styling tools of your own. I started off with a 30 min Quick Fix Facial and was serviced by Ellie (10/10 recommend). It was super relaxing and we made small talk about skincare based on my concerns. She was super nice and very professional. After I left my skin was glowing! I then headed to the juice bar and got an iced matcha latte (also super good) and relaxed by the lounge area with my laptop before I had my next service. It wasn't too loud, and there's free wifi, so you can get some work done, watch a show, or read a little. Keep in mind the lounge area is an open space connected with the juice bar and food court, so it's not library quiet. That being said, people aren't yelling, and nobody was playing their online media out loud, so it's easy to tune out all the white noise. I then got a 30 min Swedish Massage by Andy, which was more than satisfactory. I was worried about the massage being too rough, but he did everything just right. Only during a few second-long periods did it feel a bit heavier, but I knew he was working out a knot. Even then, it was not bad, and I was glad to know he was being thorough. For lunch, I got a shrimp tempura roll and miso soup, and both were tasty and fresh. I loved the complimentary yoga class, which happens daily from 2-3 PM. Regarding the bathhouse, it's listed on their website that you have to be nude, and plenty of people have talked about that, so I won't bore you with those details. That being said, the varying temperatures are nice, so you can choose based on your comfort. The showers are in the same bath area and are open, just to note, but nobody is really looking at you. You get comfortable pretty quickly once you realize nobody cares and there's a lot of body positivity. Overall, I had a lovely experience. The staff are friendly and help you feel comfortable, and there are plenty of things to do. Definitely recommend staying the whole day. If you want to enjoy all the amenities but are a little wary about the nudity, I suggest coming early when there's less people, and it feels a little more private. I was slightly hesitant to visit the spa based on the mixed reviews I saw online, but ultimately decided to give it a chance. I had never been to a Korean spa, and I live over an hour away, so I was really hoping for a good experience. That being said, I'm very happy I decided to come and look forward to coming back.

It had been a couple years since my last visit, and this time I brought my husband for his first…read moreKorean spa experience. We checked in after 5pm, and it was pleasantly quiet; most guests were in the common area lounging or eating, with very few people in the baths or saunas. If you're looking for a low-key visit, a Monday evening seems ideal. My husband had a great time, and we wrapped up with a meal at the café. The food was just as good as I remembered, with generous portions.

She asked whether I wanted the tip to be added on the card or cash - I said card and told them I wanted to put $10. She said, and I kid you not, "sorry I put $15 because I tired" . I would love to hear from the owner on the practices they enforce at this establishment. Needless to say, will not be coming back again and would advise others as well.

It wasn't like any other hot-stone massage i received before. This one was actually a combination of swedish, shiatsu, SE Asia and reflexology "highlighted" with hot stones. I didn't need to tell Jessie, my therapist, about the tension in my shoulders. She found it and got rid of all the knots. She spent a considerable amount of time and pressure on my shoulders. The massage was very thorough and very relaxing. The only negative point I have is that the massage rooms aren't "real rooms". They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing. But this was one of the better massages I've ever received, and half the price of a cruise ship or other resort spa. I'm definitely returning here soon.
