I picked up my dress and the crystal broach was ripped off. I called the manager who NEVER offered me any compensation for my dress. He told me to buy another broach and I'll have to bring it to another location in Woodfield Mall to have it replaced by his seamstress. Of course I declined this. Its been over a month and the manager has not contacted me again about fixing/paying for my damaged dress. I'll never do business with them again. I'm also not letting this go. The crazy thing is before he came, there were two men in the laundromat this morning And said, good luck getting your money because he doesn't give refunds. Now I know a few of you have probably visited this area before, but the guy treated me so horrible I think no one should shop or do business in the shopping center again. He told me that this was his business and he could conduct business however he wanted. I demanded my five dollars back, and he threatened to call the police on me . Finally, his wife gave me the money and pushed me out. Literally There was another lady that was there too, and she says he does all the time . He always does this. She says he's done it to me before, and I've seen them do it to other women. When something goes wrong with the machine, he blames the user. However, half of the machines have out-of-order signs on them. She said today was her last day doing business with him too. When you come to do business in our neighborhood, you should treat us as customers.
