He said if it were his mom or sister, he wouldn't recommend it. When his friend wasn't available, he had me come by the new location they were in the process of moving into. They weren't even open! Cesar looked at our noisy wheel and figured out what was wrong: the lug nuts. Arturo checked and tightened all the lug nuts and put on temporary ones to replace three that had fallen off.
