Isaac responded immediately and offered to come take a look a couple days later. We had had problems with communication with several other vendors, so this was already a great improvement. He showed up on time and we had a written quote within a week for fence repairs, deck repair and painting, cabinet painting and hardware installation, and a few other small painting/patching jobs. We got 3 other estimates (none of which could do all of the different things I Renovate was able to do) and I Renovate's price was by far the best. The deck and fence work started immediately and were completed in a timely manner and turned out great. Isaac made an effort to stay in communication with us to check in and make sure we were on the same page about the interior work we were waiting to do after we moved out. During and after we moved out, we discovered several other minor repairs that needed to be addressed. Isaac worked with us to accommodate the extra work at a very fair price and stayed until everything we added was completed. He and his team were friendly and professional, and their work was quality. Here's where I Renovate really went above and beyond. While painting cabinets in the kitchen they discovered the water line that connected to the refrigerator was leaking. This has nothing to do with the work they were doing, but instead of just letting us know, Isaac went to Home Depot to try and replace the cap and fix the leak to save us the trouble of having to call a plumber. In the end the line had to be replaced, and we did have a plumber out, but we so appreciated Isaac's efforts to save us time and money. Not to mention, how much damage the leak could have caused had they not noticed it! Isaac's team replaced and painted the dry wall that had to me removed by the plumber, and at the end of the day you couldn't tell there had ever been a problem. I would recommend I Renovate to anyone. They know how to communicate with customers and don't cut corners. They are skilled in a lot of different areas, which eliminates the need to have multiple vendors (which is a huge headache).
