Service~It was a very nice guy off to the side taking orders (where you could order different beers on tap) Ambiance~It's located in a strip mall on Powell (lots of other food carts right in the middle of everything). Very relaxing (but, it was 2 bees that swear we had honey on us a little annoying but, it didn't stop us from enjoying our food and the outdoors). It's plenty of parking and seating. I spoke to few people and, had a decent conversation for a few minutes. It's still burger week until the 21s (check it out)! It is welcoming and irrefutably very memorable. There is a dedicated area to serve beer on tap with a list of about 12 options and then there is a restaurant with a limited menu. Mostly things like burgers, sandwiches, and other common pub fair. There are vegetarian options available. When your order is ready, they use an overhead mic that is resemblance of something that you would hear over the loudspeaker at an 80s rollerskating rink. On site, there are bathrooms and areas for seating that include bar tops, high tops, and even a couple of comfy couches. There is an outdoor patio that is very inviting during the warmer months of the year. Ultimately, this is an incredibly impressive presentation of beverages. Perhaps even something that some people would consider a museum of sorts. Either way, there is definitely choices for everyone, and this is an establishment that can't be missed. Yes, you can visit the other location on Powell, but nothing will ever match up to the original location here in Multnomah village. An experience, a chance to shop and stockpile some beer, but truly a showcase of excellence in beer culture in the heart of our city.

I would absolutely not recommend this as a place to try to work unless you happen to have a computer with a really solid battery life. The indoor space feels pretty cramped and could be modernized a bit. The outdoor patio is lovely, but just too small. This is definitely the type of place where you show up, order something to go, and plan a little extra time for the staff to process everything without much rush. Definitely the kind of place where you come by on a weekend when you're not in a hurry and include it in a leisure part of the day.

Sandwich had lettuce, tomato, mozzarella cheese, the Italian meats, black olives, and Italian dressing. Overall a good basic sandwich which is what I was craving. Sometimes the best things are the simplest unlike a lot of sub shops these days that have a bajillion toppings you can add that hide the quality of the sandwich. I do want to go back and try the Reuben sometime. I thought the prices were just a little high but it's a small mom and pop business and the quality is just going to be better. There were only buckwheat, that's not our fav. We were hear for cranberry. It's the best. We were about to leave, with sad looks on our face. I figured I'd just ask... you never know. The person behind the counter said they would check, it might be a long time if they are baking. Fingers crossed! We had some hope... but really I didn't think they had any.
