I've come here many times and it's been nice that folks remember us all. Food: Today being Mother's Day, we had Mother's Day special thaali. This was beyond the platinum thalis that we usually order. It has a good mix of everything traditional that's on the regular menu. Generous unlimited portions that keep coming. Kids plates are kids approved as well! Service: Service is just way above par and beyond expectations. Vinay and Vamsi were just awesome. Vinay was superb in his suggestions on options we could take up for our thaalis and gave us mothers extra reason to smile today. Vamsi was superb in his serving and took care of the kids so moms could take a break as well. This all spoke to the amazing attitude the staff has for their guests. Loved it. Thank you so much. Ambience: Chatty and chill vibes. Decor is good as well. Nice Photobook areas as well. Restroom: Clean and well kept. Parking: No issues at all. All in all, great going. Will come again. :)

Tried Garam Mirchi recently and honestly, it was such a satisfying experience. We went for the Platinum thali and it truly felt like a full feast -- so many dishes, and everything kept coming fresh. It's perfect if you want to try a variety instead of just ordering one or two items. The Ker Sangri with Bajra roti especially stood out -- not something you easily find in the Bay Area and it tasted really authentic. They also had a limited-time mango menu, and that ended up being one of the highlights for me. The aam ras puri and mango dahi vada were so good and felt very seasonal and fresh. The place itself is spacious with a nice, modern vibe -- comfortable for families or even bigger groups. Service was friendly and the overall experience felt relaxed, not rushed. If you're looking for a pure veg spot with authentic Rajasthani flavors and lots of variety, this is definitely worth trying. I'd go back again, especially while the mango dishes are still around!

It was our first time trying Rajasthani food and we didn't really know what to order. Our waiter, Rakesh, helped us out with some recommendations of their popular dishes! - Raj Kachori (5/5): I've never tried a chaat like this. It's a large puri ball filled with some potatoes, beetroot and other fillings with yogurt and sweet chutney. It's pretty large and can be a good shareable. Also comes with a side of spicier chutney if you want. We enjoyed the mix of flavors and it looks cool when served! - panchmel daal (6/5): this was our favorite dish. It sounded like such a basic order but we were taken aback by it. It possibly is the best daal I've ever had -bindi ki sabzi (4/5): I wanted to love this, and the flavors were all there but the okra was quite fibrous which made each bite not as enjoyable as they could have been if they were more tender. We ate all of this with rotis as sides and they were perfectly made. I will definitely come back here and curious to try their combos or plates for more variety!

We were lucky enough to hit this new restaurant on Valentine's Day. They had a special menu. The vibes were immaculate. Felt transported to Rajasthan, one of my favorite places on earth. The decor is lovely. We were especially impressed with the mural of the desi woman with the laptop. They offer Rajasthani specialties including sangri, a Thar desert vegetable. The Raj kachori was excellent, great spicing and a satisfying crunch. Dal bhaati churma was delicious. We honestly didn't wanna leave. It was like leaving Rajasthan all over again .

***USP: Vegetarian food from the state of Rajastan, India. A large part of the menu is also dedicated to indo Chinese items. ***AMBIANCE: pretty commendable. Instead of generic decor they have beautiful rajastani style artwork on the walls. They also have rajastani turbans upfront for some photo ops. ***FOOD: they have several levels of unlimited thalis. Understandably they do not allow sharing but they don't have kids size thalis. Ordering those tiny humans a full size thalis would be too much food, so we were forced to drop the idea of getting a thali. We got a chaat platter, veg thukpa, noodles and some momos instead. *chaat platter: 3.5/5: this was four chaat items on a humongous thali. Though it made for a unique sensory dining experience, the items were just about average. The bhelpuri was too tart, the daal kachori was very oily and difficult to eat. *schezuan noodles with veg Manchurian balls: 3/5: they warned us this would be spicy and rightly so. I didn't have any issue with the spice as such but just digging through the dish felt like a chore and not enjoyable at all. Quantity was very generous so no issues there. *veg thukpa: 2/5: as a family we love soupy noodles. We need to have a bowl atleast once a week. The version here was not great at all. It was more like the noodles from the dish above dunked in some tomato flavored soup which had a weird aftertaste. The kids sampled a spoonful and refused to complete it. ***schezuan momos: 3.5/5: my older one requested for this and I obliged. First of all the dish is extremely overpriced for the quantity. The momo filling wasn't great and I guess it was our fault for ordering another dish which had the same schezuan sauce.

Having visited their Fremont location previously, I wanted to give this spot a try. There was a 15 mins wait to be seated on Friday night. The interiors look modern and fresh. Service was okay. Coming to the food: Veg manchurian dry 4.5/5: delicious and well seasoned Baby corn shanghai 4/5: The baby corn had the right level of crispiness. We opted for the sweet and sour (khatta mitha) sauce, which was a bit too sweet for our taste. Veg chowmien Noodle 4/5, Chilli garlic fried rice 3.5/4: both decent main course options. noodles were a bit better. Sweet corn Soup 3.5/5: bit underwhelming and lacking in flavor

The place where the USA meets the soul of Indian food. Garam Mirchi delivers amazing flavors, amazing people, and extraordinary hospitality every single time. Their food carries the kind of warmth, comfort, and authenticity that instantly makes you feel at home. No one can match the taste of Garam Mirchi or the way they welcome guests like their own family. Every dish feels crafted with love, and the service is filled with genuine care. The Aam Ras here is exceptional, rich, soothing, and absolutely delicious. Truly a place where taste, tradition, and heartfelt treatment come together beautifully. Whether it's Chinese, Nepali, marwari, street food; any dishes you would order... it has its own unique, special flavor

Ordered triple schezwan rice along with masala soda and mango lassi on our way back from hike late on the Saturday evening as most of the items weren't available. Food was tasty albeit a bit spicy. Service was good and quick. Garam mirchi has a unique ambience related to Rajasthan state of India. Would like to visit again to try other food items here.

Had a fantastic Rajasthani meal at Garam Mirchi. Decor and ambience instantly transport you to Rajasthan - warm, colorful, and super inviting. Ker Sangri was incredibly unique, kachori chaat packed with flavor, and the unlimited thali gave the perfect taste of home-style cooking . Loved the paan drink + aam panna too - such a fun, authentic experience overall! Incredible hospitality and service - Highly recommend

Raj Kachori

Came in here the second time, and and had an absolutely fantastic Raj Kachori and Moong dal pakoras. An Aam Ras was also recommended by Cashier Rakesh who had a very welcoming personality. He offered genuine interest in his food suggestions which were all super good! Fantastic western Indian Rajasthani ambience too!! Hope the restaurant maintains its quality in food!

Aam Ras

We had a unique catering menu for our event and it couldn't get better than this. We had an all Jain menu and ordered the following: Kachori chaat - Superb Quality filling and chutneys Triple Schezwan Fried Rice - Noodles Rice combination was on point and prepared with very less oil, manchurian gravy was delicious. The best Indo-Chinese choice in the Bay Area Pav Bhaji - It was so flavorful that will make you forget the regular Pav bhaji. One of the best Jain Pav Bhaji we had in the Bay Area Aam Ras - Truly made with real Indian Alphonso Mangoes (No artificial essence). This was also the highlight of our menu as it was loved by everyone Pan Shot - No words for this drink of how good it was, it was literally like eating a Pan but as a drink! We wanted our order to ready by 10:30am but it was ready for pickup at 10am itself which showed professionalism and commitment to delivering on time. I would highly recommend Garam Mirchi for catering orders and especially for Jain Menu!

Moong Dal Halwa and Rabadi ! So yummy

Such finger licking and fresh food ! This is their second restaurant and it delivers the authenticity as expected as the other location. Im glad they q are closer now . The Daal Baali , Churma with Gatte li sabzi, Moong Dal halwa is very traditional and brings back the taste and memories from homeland! Their Chinese food is what we as Indians crave for ! Beautiful decor and ambience!

A Solid Spot for Your Street Food Cravings :…read more This is a decent place that definitely lives up to its name, if you are craving Pav Bhaji, this is exactly where you want to be. The Food: I have to give the Pav Bhaji a solid 5 stars. They have all the options you could want to try out (like the Amul Pav Bhaji), and it hits the spot perfectly. The bhaji comes out generously topped with shredded cheese, accompanied by perfectly toasted, buttery pav, fresh diced onions, and a lime wedge. They also offer the "more" part of their namesake, which includes street food staples like Vada Pav, loaded Paneer and Veg Sandwiches (served with a great green chutney and a side of chips), and chaat. The Dahi Puri (listed as S.P.D.P.) looks great and comes beautifully topped with yogurt, sev, and fresh pomegranate seeds. You can also wash everything down with some authentic Amruttulya chai or a refreshing glass of chaas. The interior is casual, clean, and has plenty of seating, making it a great spot for a quick bite. However, true to its name, the menu doesn't stretch much further beyond these specific street food staples. If you are looking for an expansive, full-course menu, you won't find it here. Overall: 5 stars for the Pav Bhaji, but giving it a solid 4 stars overall for the rest of the items and the limited menu scope. Definitely worth a stop when that specific craving hits!

Local Pakistani artwork adorning the walls. Delicious grilled meat smells wafting around as well. ***FOOD: we got chicken 65, naan and samosa chaat sans yogurt. *chicken 65-3/5- this was almost beetroot red in color. In my naivety I hoped it was some natural food color using beetroot. But I later learnt from them that it was not. It left me appalled at the liberal use of such toxic artificial colors. Colors aside, the chicken itself was delicious. But I will make sure to ask them beforehand next time and order something that doesn't have colors. *naan-5/5- this was amazing. Hot from the tandoor. It wasn't charred at the bottom. It was light and large. It was clear that it was made by someone who knew their craft. I will come back here just for the naan. *samosa chaat-3/5- this made me sick, I had an upset tummy for a few days after. It was hot day so I m assuming they had problems with their chutney or maybe it was the samosa with the potato filling. Upset tummy aside, the chaat flavors were decent, not the best of the lot but decent nonetheless.

First off, the delivery was a smooth process, dot on time and packaged with such precision. Ankush, who runs the show at Delhicacies came to do the honors and as well left detailed instruction on how to go about preparing one of the starter dishes that we had ordered (Bhalle Papdi chaat that is). The menu we chose included Bhalle Paapdi Chaat, Cocktail Samosas, Paneer Tikka Masala, Chana Masala, Baingan Bharta, accompanied by Roomali Roti and Lacchay Pyaaz as a side salad. The Bhalle Paapdi Chaat was an instant crowd-pleaser, with the perfect balance of crispy papdi, fresh bhalle, cool sweet yogurt, tangy tamarind along with green sauces, a secret masala powder and a garnish of beetroot , pomegranate and cilantro. All of these were packed separately and instructions were provided (step by step) to prepare the end result which tasted out of the world good. It was refreshing yet packed with flavors that kept everyone asking for seconds. The Cocktail Samosas were golden, crisp, and filled with a spiced potato mixture that made them an ideal finger food--perfectly bite-sized and not greasy at all. For the main course, the Paneer Tikka Masala (PTM) stole the show with its rich, velvety sauce that coated the tender paneer in just the right amount of spice. The flavors were balanced yet bold, making it a standout dish. The earthy flavor in the paneer made it finger licking good and definitely was the biggest hit of the evening. The Chana Masala had the perfect texture--soft chickpeas simmered in a well-spiced gravy that had just the right amount of heat and tang. Cubes of paneer in there definitely made it a good overall combination and complemented with the PTM. The smoky and flavorful Baingan Bharta added an earthy depth to the meal as well. The eggplant was roasted beautifully, bringing out its natural flavors, which paired wonderfully with the Romali Roti. The roti was soft, thin, and warm, making it the ideal vehicle to soak up the gravies. We did end up heating the rotis in our microwave oven for about 10-15 seconds in batches and they remained perfect in their texture and taste. The Lacchay Pyaaz--freshly sliced onions with a sprinkle of masala--added a crunchy, refreshing bite to balance the richness of the other dishes. Overall, Delhicacies delivered an out of the world authentic North Indian culinary experience with each dish tasting as though it was prepared with care and precision. The food was flavorful, perfectly spiced, and served fresh. Our guests were impressed, and we couldn't have been happier with the quality of food and service of delivery. If you're looking for reliable and delicious Indian catering, Delhicacies should be at the top of your list! Give them a chance and thank me later. You are welcome!!!
