I was so excited to try this place. Until I did. They sat us in what was basically an outdoor patio. It was 26 degrees outside. Waited about 20 minutes before we seen a waiter. When we got our food, it was dry. Then with the breeze blowing through the plexiglass, the food got cold pretty quick. We went there for a late lunch and had a great experience. The host and waitress were excellent, helpful and friendly. We had the mushroom bacon burger and cotton bottom burger. Both were great, nicely prepared and served with pretty good fries. Overall a much better than average burger lunch. We also had their RPM beers, the Andretti and Brickyard both were very good. The atmosphere is a lot of fun with the race cars right there to see up close. Plus they plan on changing them out on a regular basis, way cool. I read other reviews, a few kind of negative, so I would write those off as first week hiccups based upon our experience. Dropped in for a late Saturday lunch around 2 pm. We were able to be seated almost immediately. Took a couple minutes to look at the decor which is racecar themed. The table utensils are wrapped in an oil rag as a napkin which adds to the theme but makes for a pretty small napkin. We ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries, a bacon cheeseburger with tots, the cotton bottom with tots and the cheese steak. From the time we ordered to getting our food was just about 20 minutes so it wasn't bad but could see potential delay issues if it were busier. Philly seemed to delay the burgers a little but everything came out at a good temperature. The cotton bottom was tasty, however, if you are comparing it to the real cotton bottoms garlic burger this one is much milder on the garlic levels. The two regular burgers were both very good. Apparently not life changing but good in their own right. They cheese steak was just okay. Seemed to need a little extra kick. Light on salt. The tots were good, crisp outside. The fries are good. Depends on your fry preference but they are shoe strings. Overall everything was good. Seems a little on the higher price for burgers but I wouldn't hesitate to try it again. The are a full service bar with beer, wine and mixed drinks. Updated April 1 2017: Dropped in again for a Saturday evening dinner. Menu has changed quite a bit from our original visit. The place was cool! The cars, lifts, flags, and sitting under the cars were really cool. However I 99.9% would NOT eat here again. It's great for the experience but definitely would not eat there again. It was pretty pricy for what my group got and none of us really enjoyed it either. Not to mention that our server mentioned how much they made, and was pretty much asking for a big tip. Personally not professional. But the server was nice, not good but nice. The fry there food all in the same oil so if you have a sea food allergy and you ask to fry separately, they won't. (We asked to fry separately and they couldn't). This exceeded any expectations. The sushi was some of the best we've ever had and the roll was huge. I ordered the spinach salad with steak and it was so fresh and full of flavor. My three kids ordered the top notch Mac and cheese to share and it was more than enough for all of them. The beer was super good. Lots of choices. If there is anything you like about racing and fast cars you will love this place for the atmosphere alone. Multiple retired race cars are stored inside so that patrons can walk around see the cars up close. This is fun place for kids or those who are kids at heart around race cars. The menu variety is massive, if anything it is a bit too varied. Sushi to tater-tots is broad stroke which can limit the opportunities to do a few small things well. I've found the burgers and fries underwhelming and a bit bland. Having said that, their sushi is really very good and it is my top recommendation after trying multiple items. If you are a beer drinker, be sure to take advantage of the Salt Flats brews. Either fresh off the tap or fresh out of the can there is something for everyone. read more

Garage Grill has been one of our favorite restaurants for a long time but our experience was so bad last night (Sat, Apr 3) that I'm not sure when we will go back. I changed our review from 5 stars to 2 stars. First, we had to wait probably 15 minutes before we even got water. There was no sense of urgency to serve us. When we finally got our food, they brought our entrees right on top of our appetizers. My kids all love sushi, but one of the rolls was not good. The salmon tasted really fishy and was rubbery. My daughter who normally loves the roll wouldn't eat it. When I said something to the server, the manager came out to tell me why the sushi was fine even though I had tasted it myself and it was so bad that I spit it out. He finally conceded that maybe it wasn't good and asked how much of the roll was bad. I said that I didn't know, maybe half. Since my daughter hadn't eaten anything, I asked if she wanted another roll and she didn't want one. She finally agreed to eat some Mac N Cheese. When I got the bill, I was floored that they gave us a $5 discount on the sushi roll (I guess since half was bad) and charged us $6 for a kids meal Mac n Cheese even though we didn't even get everything that comes with a kids meal. Are you kidding me? What kind of manager is that cheap, especially when you have regular customers? The manager on duty needs to learn how to take care of customers instead of nickel and dime them. read more

I got the Mustang burger for $19 with onion rings for $3 extra. The burger had little flavor and the patty was way over cooked. It just tasted like a smokey burnt mess. I was hungry for a late night bite and I popped into this place. At first look it has a cool aesthetic, but that is about it. I got the Ruben sandwich, fries, and onion rings. The Ruben had no flavor to it I only had two bites and I was done. The fries that came with my sandwich had no salt on them. And the onion rings looked good as they came out, but two of them were super dry and over cooked and the rest seemed under cooked. The signature sauce that came with it had some spice but no flavor, like someone just added spice to mayo. I originally was leaving a 1 star review but changed it to 2 for the customer service. They took the sandwich off my check but not the onion rings, and the manager came out and apologized for the bad fries. Today we ordered take out with curb side pick up. Due to new systems our order was delayed. While we were waiting the manager Tim made the inconvenience 100% better. First he came out with two desserts for us, then a refreshing Arnold Palmer, then when he delivered our food, he also gave us each hand sanitizers! We had sour dogs with us as well and offered for us to sit on the patio. We didn't have enough leashes with us and he offered to let us use an alternative. He was so accommodating. Only problem is that on the last 2 visits the kitchen took over 45 minutes + for the food claiming some issue with the screens and kept telling the wait staff times they could not meet. Then supposedly someone who was the manager just threw the food down and walked off, no apology no explanation. If that is your management style, you need to find a new job.
