Ryan was professional throughout the process, gave good advice, put together a fair estimate, showed up when promised, and completed the job on time. During the process Ryan made recommendations for some small bits of extra work which made all the difference in restoring the floors to their original beauty. Ryan was also very careful about cleanliness during a process which is very messy. I would recommend Ryan to my friends and family and will use him again if the occasion arises. Ryan also installs wood floors and given his work in refinishing I would definitely give him the opportunity to install a new floor.

The company is now owned by Matt and Willow, who are not capable of running their own business. We just bought a house that had gorgeous hard wood floors in them put in by Ryan's Hardwood Flooring. We wanted carpet taken out of 3 rooms and wood put in to match what was there. Matt came to the house and said he could do this. He didn't tell me that he now owned the company or that there was no Ryan anymore. He was deceptive and misleading. He promised something that he could not do at all. He put in the 3 new floors and the color was night and day to the original floors. He also did a screen and recoat on the original floors and sanded too far and stripped the color off the beautiful floors. He said he could "patch" it which looked AWFUL! We told him the only way to fix it was to sand it all down and redo it all with the same stain. We had to really fight him, but he finally did it. It looks terrible. We have cracks in the floors, bubbles in the finish, no floor in part of a closet, sctratches in the wood, and total difference in wood color. NEVER use this company if you want your floors to be done right!

I had him re grout my patio then clean and seal it plus some fire pit work and I could not be happier with the results. My patio looked brand new by the time he was done with it like it was installed the day he finished! What I was really impressed, with and this is hard to find these days, is the fact that he literally does the job like it's his own patio! On top of that he is very professional and clean! No sign of any mess left behind and on top of that he's very easy to communicate with and responds in detail with any questions you may have! Of all the jobs I have hired people for throughout the years Sal is by far the most positive experience I have had! I will definitely be hiring him for any service I need that he covers down the road and I highly suggest you do to!

In both instances Sam was very quick to get us a proposal with great pricing. The work was outstanding as well as the communication. It was also great to see that his was a family owned business. His daughter was working hard on the deck project by his side, and he was great with my young daughters when they wanted to see what the crew was doing. Sam not only does great work, but also took good care of his crew. It was obvious they enjoyed working for him, and he worked hard along side them. During a heat wave Sam ensured his team was well hydrated and took plenty of breaks. As the owner he could have headed out to "check on things" and sit in an air conditioned truck, but he was working side by side and knew exactly how hard it was. It was obvious that Integrity wasn't just a word he chose, but values he lives by. If you're looking for a contractor definitely include Integrity Roofing as you get quotes. His team is a well-oiled machine, extremely professional, very courteous and considerate. I felt completely comfortable with his team working on my home and around my family. I live in an 1850's updated farmhouse outside of Newburyport, MA. I hired mike initially in 2023 to replace a large wooden gutter and freeze board on my home. I'm particular and wanted to make sure we kept the new work in keeping with the character and of our home. Mike and team nailed it. I hired Mike again in September of 2026 replace all the wooden trim around the windows in the back of our house with PVC. I hesitated to touch one window trim because it had a very lovely, original molding. All the other windows in the back were replaced with plain, flat stock by the gentleman who renovated the home prior to our purchase. To my surprise and delight Mike and his supervisor Odie took it upon themselves and chose to replicate the original molding from the window mentioned, on all of the windows surrounds they replace! There was no up-selling just a very thoughtful, generous value add. Now the back of our home looks exponentially better thanks to Mike and team. They will continue to be our go-to contractors as we update our home's exterior and roofing. I highly recommend Meadow's Construction.
