I agree with all of the other good reviews about Adrian. Really nice guy, honest and reasonalbe pricing. I called him on a Sunday evening and he offered to come out right then. I told him that the next day would be fine since I had the door secured for the evening. We got our "wires crossed" so he was late getting to my home but that was partly my fault so I can't blame him. When he was done there was a small gap at the bottom of my door that he said was because my concrete was unlevel. I went with it but then it began to bother me because it wasn't that way before. I called him back the next day and asked if he would mind stopping by to take a look. When he came back he first asked me if I had a level. I handed him one and he showed me that he was correct and that in fact the garage door was perfectly level. It WAS my concrete that was not level. He was not condecending at all but rather said it in joking sort of manner. He then proceded to adjust the door to get rid of the gap. He also went above and beyone to tell me some of the other things I could do to help my door in the long run. I would highly advise this guy. Seems like a hard worker. He walks in working and in no time he is done and when he is done it is right. He is also not afraid to give you an estimate over the phone like so many of these other companies who give free estimates only if a tech shows up at your house. I was once a service guy and let me tell you about 80% of them are dishonest. It is tough to be one of the honest service people. I am happy to see this guy making it! read more

The owner and service men have gone above and beyond in installing my new garage door opener. It used to be extremely loud when we would use our garage door. He just had me send him a picture of the mechanism, which he was able to identify as a screwing mechanism, and suggested a Liftmaster garage opener, which uses a belt system. We were unsure if this would even make a difference. He assured us it would and even offered to let us come to his house to hear the system in action. When they came to install, they were very quick and professional. They made sure that I was satisfied with the decrease in noise level, and I most certainly was! It really did make all the difference! After they installed it, I accidentally got it stuck last night by shutting the cord in the car door. I called this morning to see if they could fix it and he came over quickly, and even remembered I had mentioned I had recently had a baby and he called instead of ringing the door bell. Such a kind gesture and much appreciated as a new parent with a sleeping baby. He was able to get the door opening and closing again and showed me how to fix the problem and ensured I could actually do it myself so he would not have to return and charge me for a service call. I wish every service repair with other household problems were handled as kindly and professionally, and HONESTLY as the experience I had with AZ Garage Doors 4 Less! read more

The torsion spring on my two-car garage door failed last night. I came across Garage Doors 4 Less after first calling some other company who advertised 24-hour service and didn't even pick up their phone. Adrian from Garage Doors 4 Less picked up on the first call. After describing the situation to him Adrian came out right away (9:30 at night - no problem at all). He was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the services he recommended. I wound up replacing the failed spring and adding a second spring (something the two-car sized door should have had to begin with). I also opted for a new set of lift cables which were of obvious quality and about twice the thickness of the originals which had frayed. All said and done Adrian managed to have both springs and both cables done in about half an hour - this included taking the time to verify the springs were tensioned correctly and testing and re-adjusting my opener to correct its operation all while explaining why he was doing what he was doing. To simplify - fast response to after hours call, amazing attention to detail, no hesitation to explain the repair, and all at a fair price. Can't ask for better than that and will definitely be using Garage Doors 4 Less in the future. read more

While I was leaving for work in the morning, the open/close button for my garage door accidentally got pushed and the door started coming down on my vehicle. By the time the door was back up, the top 3 panels bent inward and the door was stuck open. I had to get to work and had to leave my garage door open! I live on a street with a school and there are is plenty of traffic on my street regularly. I found Garage Doors 4 Less on Yelp and messaged with Adrian. He was quick to tell me he would estimate my damaged garage door for nothing and even got it closed for me. Adrian was fantastic! He contacted me personally, beat the other company's prices that i had been looking at AND made extra sure my garage door was working along with the extra parts and pieces. All while coordinating by phone! I came home and my door looked amazing! It opened and closed effortlessly. There wasn't any squeaking or groaning and I couldn't be happier! AWSOME INSTALLERS!! After I got a quote from another garage door company who tried to intentionally overcharge me, had bad customer service. I decided to make a couple more calls, well I found Garage for less. I spoke with Adrian and he told me to simply take a few pictures and text them to him. He caledl me rite after and give me a price, I was so pleased he saved me $400. A1 garage doors did the first estimate the person I spoke with was rude, didn't want to give me a price over the phone for a complete garage door, and after he came out to inspect the garage to give me a accurate quote told me it was going to be more than the price range that he finally give me when I spoke to him over the phone. After I got the installation from Garage Doors 4 Less, I received a call from A1 Garage Doors, It was the same person that i initally spoke with, when I told him that I found a better price and didnt need his service, he then told me he was calling to reduce his price, I told him it was $400 dollars less and he got off the phone, HaHa!! He was able to schedule us for same day. Brian was the fellow who came and did the work in our garage (spring replacement). He was extremely professional and had everything he needed on the truck already. The parts and equipment that we received were high quality. Our repair was finished quickly and we could not be any happier with the whole experience. We never felt 'upsold' or pressured to do anything other than what needed to be repaired and the price we paid was what Adrian estimated on the phone. Brian was extremely courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. They fixed what was broken and did not try to convince us to buy anything we didn't need. I would hire these guys again without a second thought. Their honesty, professionalism, and service was beyond great. Yikes, I woke up this morning to find I again had a problem with my garage door, this time my opener. Since we had such a positive experience with Garage Doors 4 Less once before, I decided to call them again. I called Adrian at 6:30 am expecting to leave a message for an after 8 am return call, but once again he answered and assured me he could have Brian out shortly so I wouldn't be late for work. Wow! Again there were no hidden costs for the emergancy call and I was given many options on how to fix the problem. Since I was told my older opener was 15 yrs old, it would serve us better to replace it. Yet I was given a repair and a replacement cost. Brian explained the average life of an opener and I saw the wisdom in replacing it with a new and much quieter one. Brian was quick, efficient and very informative. Last night the spring on our garage broke. I called a 24 hour garage door company sponsored by Google...I mean how can you go wrong, right? They came out this morning and gave me a quote, my husband and I both stopped him in the middle of his sales job on all the broken, worn out and stripped parts on our garage door and told him the price was too much. Then we called Garage Doors 4 Less. Adrian is awesome! First off, he was pleasant, he was on time, he worked quickly and expertly and he didn't find anything to add on to the quoted job. He said all the parts were fine and he saw only a slight fray on the cable. We asked him to replace the cable and he did both. He also tightened all the bolts to the door and made sure the door opened and closed properly befor he left. The quote from the competitor was almost $500.00 more and they said our cables and bearings were shot. I will most assuredly call Adrian for all my garage door repairs. I have used their repair services twice and won't hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to family and friends. The most recent repair was for a broken torsion spring. Adrian, the owner, was responsive and proactive in asking me to send him pictures so he knew what to expect. I appreciated this because the springs were not a standard size and he needed to pick up the right ones before coming to make the repair saving us both time. Aside from making the necessary repair he also checked the other components of the garage door making small adjustments and greasing squeaky belts. He is very courteous, fair and professional. On a side note he pays attention to details as I have a sign posted on my front door to knock only because of a sleeping baby and he is one of the few people who did just that! I am a new customer, having just moved to Chandler, AZ from the Northeast. Needed assistance with the entire garage door opener system. Garage Doors 4 Less could not have been better !! After speaking with Adrian, a technician named Omar came shortly thereafter. He tuned up both garage doors, springs, and related parts. He then helped link the 2 openers with the remote, keypad and my wife's car. I was missing something to do the same for my own car, so I tried (and failed) to do it myself the following day. I am a first time 'yelper,' but was in desperate need of a garage door remote control opener for an 'arts and crafts' project (it's a long story). Anywho, I must of called half a dozen places practically begging for an old remote control for this project. Have nothing but positive things to say about my first experience with this company. Called the owner, Adrian, on his cell phone monday and we scheduled service for two days later on wednesday (my request). Adrian called back on tuesday afternoon to confirm the appointment. Brian, his service technician, showed up promptly wedensday morning and was finished in less tha 1 1/2 hours time. That included replacing 2 non-functioning control boards, re-setting all four of our garage remotes, and servicing four garage doors (adjust springs and lubrication). Price for parts and service was very fair, and Brian was courteous and very helpful, taking time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. My garage door would only open slightly which creates quite an issue as I need to load quite a bit of stuff from my garage to my truck. Wow, springs breaking can make a very loud explosive noise...pretty scary...this happened on Friday evening with a car trapped inside my garage. Since I had to be at work 8 a.m Sat. morning I needed it fixed asap. I checked Yelp for a dependable company to call. When I called Garage Doors 4 Less I spoke with Adrian who asked me to take a few pictures of the damage and forward to him. He called me back and explained everything that needed to be done with a very fair quote and set up a time for Sat. morning around 6 a.m. Brian came shortly after 6 and had the door fixed in no time, working fast and efficiently and explaining everything as he went. My garage door had major problems thanks to one those discount companies in value pack. They did the minimum amount of work they had to do and charged me a lot. My door messed up again and saw Garage Doors 4 less and tried them based on the reviews. They actually answered the phones on a Saturday morning. What a pleasant experience this was and Adrian actually did the work on a Saturday morning for me. He readjusted the door so it works like it supposed to and above all it is now safe. He explained what the other company did and why I was having the problems over and over. He also explained in great detail how the door is to work. I am so glad that I checked Yelp before I called someone to check my garage door. I had a an "I Drive" opener which was installed by the builder. Let's just say it never worked well and I worried that the door would fall on my car !!!! I called Adrian at Garage Doors 4 Less. He was extremely kind and helpful.
