I have purchased a house that needs a lot of work. One thing we realized late in the game was that the garage door opener really needed upgrades. My contractor called Baldomero Perez (Baldo), whom she had worked with in the past and trusts, and he said he could come out the following morning!
When he came to my house, Baldo asked questions, reviewed the whole system and, in the end, gave me the solution that fit the specific needs of our family. One issue was there is no second way in or out of the garage - Baldo made sure we'd have a system with an emergency battery back-up. Baldo's estimate was reasonable, and he explained all the features carefully.
The next morning Baldo came for the installation. He worked on it for hours, then called me to come back for the final steps. I was in the middle of making breakfast ant our rental for my sons, and he was so patient! I drove back to the house so we could set up the app and test the system. He waited patiently as I worked my way through the many steps. When I had issues, he was there to work to make it all connect. When I had questions about the colored lights on the motion detectors, he carefully and clearly explained how they worked.
As I told Baldo himself, I hope I never need to do anything to my garage again, but if I do, he is the one I will call! read more
