(FYI, G.O. is in the process of merging with Rip City.) G.O. showed up within the hour, and he immediately assessed the problem but didn't have the proper spring for our door on his truck (he guessed the spring could be as old as our 1954 house!). He provided a written estimate and said he could come back the next morning with the right part if we wanted him to do the work. The price was reasonable so we gave him the go ahead. G.O. arrived at 9:30 the following morning with his assistant, they went right to work, fixed the door, even did a full look-over of all the parts to make sure nothing else was on the verge of breaking, and everything works perfectly now! I highly recommend G.O.'s service. Great to do business with.
