I came in and realized I had lost an earring only a couple minutes after being there and he helped me look for it. I'm glad someone else takes accessorizing as seriously as I do. I did find the earring (in the parking lot, ew). Not only was Jordan helpful with my earring conundrum, I observed his pleasant nature with other customers as well upon a return visit (he was trying sweaters on to help this older lady, how nice)!! The other staffers are generally nice and helpful as well, and they always appear to be busy organizing the store or assisting customers. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star environment is the stock-- I wish they had more of what they have in sizes I need! I feel like a lot of times I go here and all that's left are 00/0/8/10. Not helpful. Overall Express is a little pricey for the quality of the items, I've been buying nothing but Editor pants for work since I worked at Express (2003), and I've noticed that the hems are always falling out. I also recently purchased a top from here and it ripped the second time I wore it. Since I was within thirty days and had the receipt, I came in and exchanged it no problem, but I'm just saying..their quality should be better than H&M and Forever 21 since it's a a higher price point..but it's not. I'm sure I'll shop here forever, but Express overall needs to step up their quality or drop their prices.

Rikki was the girl who was working the store when I visited. I was on vacation and literally all of my jeans were falling off me. I know, tough problem. But in reality it kinda sucks. I hate clothes shopping...yup I do. Am I the only female who does not truly enjoy clothes shopping? Anyway, enter Rikki. I had grabbed a few jeans to try on and she set up a fitting room and asked me what I was looking for. I told her. I also told her specific issues I have bc my legs are fairly long. She suggested which of the jeans I had picked were most likely to fit best. I tried them, but wasn't thrilled. I didn't even know what size I was anymore, so nothing was perfect. She grabbed several different styles and lengths and brought them to me. Then she brought more, and then more. My best friend was with me, so I was able to get a good second opinion. Rikki was so full of personality & seemed to truly love her job. It turned into a fun shopping experience, not one full of dread. Because seriously, does anyone really like trying on jeans? Anyway, I ended up with the perfect jeans and I actually really really really like them. They fit perfect, and I do mean perfect. That never happens. And she even applied unexpected, but appreciated coupons when I checked out. Yippee!

I'm definitely the type to try and go a size up or down for something I love, but 5 was a bit much. So I went to the Wheaton store, and they had the cardigan. It was only 1 size too big, but it was on clearance now! So I snatched this up as well as another top I'd had my eye on. The employees are very friendly and helpful, as I have found in any Lane Bryant store. There was no pressure to buy more than what I went to the counter with. There's usually some credit card offer or impulse item they are pushing.

I went in for a bra fitting,I was promptly greeted and assisted by a cool young lady named Bree, she was very helpful without being 'overly helpful' like some salespeople. They've now got a full screen above their register that's similar to the Oakbrook Store. An employee told me that this location may be even bigger!! They've also got a men's section as well, which is super exciting. The whole store is so much more refreshing because there is actual room to walk through and browse all the products than their Jefferson Avenue location. They now carry items that they didn't before, such as their self-care items located right by the register. My favorite section of the store was their leggings section. Still located in the back corner of the store, there are now screens by some sections that help you navigate the items to pinpoint exactly what would be best for you. I found that super helpful, as they only had a few employees working the floor when I visited. As for the clothes, they are actual quality. They're my favorite leggings that I always reach for and my most favored clothes to work out in. Pricey, but makes sense!! I'm super excited about this new location!! I think it's the best store to be at this address, and can't wait to purchase my essentials the next time I visit!

I went in because I had purchased 3 bras at the VS in Yorktown a few weeks earlier and let me just say the girl who fitted me there fitted me incorrectly ( the bra was way too big) and made my boobs look uhm how shall I say it "sagalicious" So after spending close to $200 at Yorktown I was back at this location to maybe find a better option...I worked with the manager at this location and she was wonderful! I want to say her name was Kathryn? I told her what happened and she found after trying on like every bra in the store a perfect style for me....and she was ever so patient. She even had the bra fitter person come over before we were about to give up completely...between these 2 ladies we finally found one-I must have weird boobs-Then comes the shocker I told her about my bra situation at Yorktown 2 weeks earlier and she asked me if I had the receipts from the 3 bras I had purchased there...I stated I did and she said bring them in with the receipt and they would do an exchange! I told her I had worn 2 of the 3 already-she said it was fine and as long as I had the receipt and since it was only 2 weeks ago it was fine (so it's not like I had them for a year). Totally surprised and will absolutely go back to this location...and only this location.

You can never look like the posters in this shop mainly because I think the mock ups for the posters are made of higher quality material than what they actually have on the rack. The worst part of the new store look - the insanely LOUD music. When I can't hear you asking me if I need a fitting room right infront of my face - turn the F'ing techno DOWN!

When Goodwill prioritizes high executive salaries and excessive pricing over its mission to help, I can't support them any longer. It's clear: they've lost sight of their mission.
