It's pricey but the clothing is hard to find that you really can't find at other stores. My only con about the store that dissapointed me was that I went to their website and they didn't have an online store. It's a bit of a drive to Geneva so an online store would of been convenient. The store refused to exchange to the correct size or refund because my wife wore the shoes long enough to realize they gave us the wrong size. We thought it was just a small mistake and we could exchange to the size we paid for. Obviously we were wrong, and Tilly's has no issue ripping us off our $60. This is a terrible company, do not shop here unless you want money stolen. Mistakes happen, but leaving the customer to pay for those mistakes is ridiculous and something I have never dealt with before.

I can't say that I've had a similar experience at any other retail location. Susan and her colleagues did an incredible job.
