Very disappointed in return/exchange policy!…read more I've been a loyal Children's Place customer for many years, but this recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I purchased about $75 worth of items in-store, only to realize once I got home that the same items were significantly cheaper online. Three of the items were for my son to wear to school the next day, so I couldn't just bring them back. I tried calling customer service, but they were already closed. The following day, I returned to the store to ask about a price adjustment. I was told that they don't do price adjustments--instead, I would need to return and repurchase the items, but only if I had them with me. Unfortunately, my son was literally wearing the clothes to school, so I was only able to return and repurchase one item. That means I lost out on the savings for the others, which is really upsetting. It feels unfair and honestly like I got robbed of my money. Moving forward, my new rule of thumb will be to either order online for same-day pickup or price check at the counter before purchasing anything in-store.

Sometimes they might have a slightly different discounted merchandise depending on what sells better with the demographic so we wanted to check it out. The dressing rooms are at the "tunnel." The sale items were indeed different from what we have in Roseville and I ended up finding jeans I liked, had it altered for $5 (the jeans were under $20, any bottoms purchased over $20 is free alteration). My item was ready for pick-up in a couple of hours. The employees were friendly and helpful and provided great customer service.. The Great Mall is one big circle and Uniqlo has two entrances on each end... I think it's the only store that has that feature. Best entrance to the mall would be from Entrance 4 (near the Dining Pavilion) or Entrance 1 (across from Camille La Vie). Review #3941

There is plenty of parking available at this site. I went here today to see if I could score a Girl Power tee. As it so happened, the man himself Alvin was in store and had one extra tee on-hand! I grabbed it and was one happy camper. I'll be sporting this at this year's Comic Con in San Diego. Most of the current tees and other gear are available at the Boutique. I highly recommend checking it out!
