Great store. The layout is always clean and organized. It is not overly crowded with merchandise so you can quite easily see all of the clothing without having to rummage through things (like at a store like Forever 21). The staff is always helpful, especially Michael -- always goes the extra mile. I love how they price match whatever sale is going on online. Will continue to be a repeat customer! read more

I like gap clothing for simple every day & love their pj's but I HATE their customer service. They are always rude and unkind. No one is willing to help and they complain about everything. I picked out shirts that said 50% off and when they rang it up they said full price and when I asked they said there was nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. read more

I'm going to round up to a 3 for this Gap due to sheer volume of options, you have GAP, Baby Gap, Gap Maternity, and Gap Body. Good variety. I used to be into Gap when i was younger, I remember them being much hipper and had some better quality stuff. Oh Gap. Break-ups are hard but I just won't be back to see you. I was going out of country and bought a handful of things from both Gap and Banana Republic. When I called, I specifically asked what would happen if I went past the 45-day online return policy (because I knew it was going to happen, with it taking at least 2wks to get to me and then me being gone for 3wks, etc) and was told I would just get the same amount in store credit back, no problem. Well apparently online and in-store have two different policies and function as two different stores, which I was not told despite mentioning I would be returning to a storefront. As it was, the transaction started off shaky already as the guy who was helping me looked dismayed at my online return, muttering, "Oh man. Yeah, this is going to take a while." He then proceeded to say they can only return the pieces to me for what it's selling in-store now... The price? $2.50!! I shop there all the time and have never seen any dress sell for $2.50 ever. When I mentioned this wasn't anywhere on my receipt, nor could they produce anything saying that was their policy they basically said to try and call customer service again and maybe they can help. Otherwise, they could not do anything. I ended up bringing most of the pieces home because I'd rather have two of the same dress then return it for $2.50... For the record, I later took the Banana Republic returns back and was bracing myself for disappointment again... But it was fine. The lady didn't even give me store credit, she gave the actual refund with no issues and no hassle. Aren't these sister companies? Gap needs a lesson in service from her big sister, big time. read more

I'm at a loss as to why The Gap has managed to go from a brilliant example of marketing and merchandising to just another ho-hum clothing store. Sure they occasionally run decent print ads but every time I step in the store I feel the need to go home and take a nap - boring, run-of-the mill, nothing special. No one offers to help - the employees just stand around folding and hanging. I remember not that many years ago when you would walk into the Gap in Cherry Creek and the store looked bright, crisp and new. They brought in new inventory every few weeks - new styles were colorful and appealing. No more. Perhaps there is just so much more competition now however I tend to think that management just forgot about what made them special. Too bad. read more

Am I the only one who misses the Gap commercials with the swing music? I'm not really a Gap kind of gal. It's a bit too much prep for me (I went to Catholic private school for 13 years, so I usually run away from anything preppy, including polos, khackis, and pants without outside pockets). I'm not going to bore you with what Gap has, as you probably already know. Clothing for preps, soccer moms, and people who aren't as necessarily pretentious as the rest of Cherry Creek. This store does have a big sales rack in the middle of the store, which I like. A lot of basic tees and a lot of stuff that makes me wonder "Really? Someone actually thought this item would sell?" Hit or miss. Now if only they'd get the old commercials backs, and maybe I'd go here more often. read more

Stuffed in the far corner of the mall. All that is gap is in one place - if you don't want to end up in the wrong one, be careful which door you go in! Staff are all young teenie boppers, some friendly, so just makin a buck. They also changed sizing - probably ages ago - but i haven't been to a gap in a while - they now use "boy" sizing for girl jeans. It's the gap closest to my house and they have petite sizing - ankle for the shorties, regular if you wear heels! read more

Heather, one of the managers, was SUPER helpful! I purcahsed a pair of the Sexy Boot Cut jeans at the store in Park Meadows and they stretched out so much I couldn't wear them anymore. The sales associate at Park Meadows wouldn't do a thing to help me. I called customer service and they suggested speaking to a manager. So I went to Cherry Creek and within 15 seconds of explaining my problem she said "let's get you a new pair!". It was the easiest exchange ever and she was very helpful! read more

Gap - That denim tho - Men's Clothing Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I rarely visit the Cherry Creek Mall, but when I do, I usually trek all the way down to the Gap store at the very end. They have a ridiculous amount of markdowns on multiple clearance racks and while the clothes may be boring, that's what I have to wear to work, so I will scout these racks in hopes of inexpensive work clothes. In the days leading up to Christmas, markdowns were an additional 40% off - this is the best! I bought two pairs of basic dress pants in black and charcoal gray for around $12 marked down from $60. Then the day after Christmas they went to 50% off and Gap allows price adjustments, making them $10. You can't even buy cheap leggings at Target for $10. These pants are not going to last a lifetime but they will get me by at the office just fine for the next year or two. The fit has improved a lot, these pants were straight leg and bootcut and they don't have that huge curve around the hips like Express pants do, which does not work on those without huge hip curves naturally. I also found a pair of nice, thick knit yoga pants for $10, originally $60 (who pays that for yoga pants from the Gap anyway) and a zip-up motorcycle-ish sweater for $15 from $70. There were a ton of t-shirts and other knit stuff for $1-2. I've had many scores from here though over the last few years, including a couple of jersey dresses I wear every summer that were $7 apiece and baby gifts from the connected Gap Kids/Baby or whatever it is. I've found cargos that I wear to death for like $6 and quite a few work sweaters for my husband for under $20. There are often lines here but this is one of the fastest stores I've been to, as far as check-out lines go, and they email you receipts now which wastes less paper. There are always a bunch of people on the floor offering to help, but they aren't pushy. Gap clothing doesn't make up a huge part of my closet but it fits the bill occasionally when I'm looking for a good deal. I do check seams and hems because a few items have screw-ups or are of poor quality. read more

I love gap because they have cute stuff for kids and usually the staff are very nice. However, I've the worst experience today when I visited the gap in Cherry Creek Mall. I've never felt so unappreciative and disrespected in my life. So I was at the mall and pass by gap and saw a big old sign in front of the glass window that said ADDITIONAL 60% off the sale items so I went in. I found a whole bunch of stuff that I wanted to buy from the kids department and I saw the sign at the kids' department thay said additional 60%. So I went ahead and go pay at the register, the items rang up as additional 50% instead of 60%. I asked the cashier why and she said the stuff we're additional 60% but it went down to additional 50% today. I told the cashier that I dae the sign up front that said additional 60% so the cashier ask another employee to go check and the employee came back b said the sign is not there making it seem like I was lying. Luckily there was another customer behind me did see the sign when she walked into the store too and she confirmed it with the staff and said that it was there but someone recently just took it off. The cashier then called the manager in to ask n the manager was so sure that he came in at 7 this morning and took the additional 60% sign off and granted that there are no more 60% off signs and that they refuse to give me the additional 60% off. The manager also said to me that additional 50% is cheap too. I told him I know additional 50% off is cheap but I hate being trick so I decided to leave all the items and took off. So I walked by the kids stuff and still see the sign that said additional 60% off. I took the sign to the manager and show him the sign to proof that I wasn't lying. The manager just took the sign n said *OH* and said that you still would only get additional 50% off if ur buying the stuff, I can't give you the additional 60% off and you know 50% off is really cheap already, it's only 10% difference. I got so mad after what he had said and walked straight or of the store. I don't mind paying the additional 50% but the way they treated me as if I was a thief or some sort. After this experience, I know for sure I won't be back at this store and will make sure to tell everybody I know about this experience. Now I'm second guessing about the other stores including banana republic and old navy as well. I don't know if they were being discriminate or not because of the way I dressed today. Gap - Men's Clothing Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I have been to this Gap a couple of times now. I found that navigating this store isn't the easiest. The people on the floor are actually friendly, but the cashiers are not. I was waiting in line, which the line wasn't long, I was standing behind only one person, and it took about 8 minutes to wait. Then once I was heading up to the cashier, she asked if I was going to pay with credit. Since I wasn't she made me wait an additional 3 minutes just because I wasn't paying with credit. This is the first time I have ever heard of that policy. I think she might have been ageist or sexist. Due to the fact that I look young and I am not an older age white female. I don't plan on walking into this Gap again. read more
