Beef Stroganoff

Wow a very Unique Irish Pub located in Sinking Spring PA! Comfortable booths of table seating is available in this nicely appointed Irish Decor with hardwood walls. They have a very nice menu with some Irish Dishes as well as other favorites! Even the kiddies will be able to enjoy items on this menu. Ganly's offers an Array of on Tap Irish Beers as well as some USA brands a full bar menu is also available. Our meals today included Guinness Beef Dip Thinly sliced roast beef, sauteed onions and melted provolone cheese on a toasted hoagie roll, served with au jus Baked Chicken Juicy chicken breast smothered in a mushroom cream sauce served with your choice of two sides Beef Stroganoff Beef and egg noodles in a creamy Stroganoff sauce 1 Crab Cake Broiled lump crab cakes, served with lemon garlic aioli and your choice of two sides. Meal portions were pretty epic and they were served hot and delicious. Our server was pleasant and had a very enjoyable personality. We'll definitely make the trip here again.

Visited on 3/16, the day before St Patrick's Day. Despite being told it would be a 35minute wait, we were seated in less than 10. The restaurant was full but the wait staff remained on top of their game with prompt, professional, and courteous hospitality and attentiveness. They remained busy and ensured that we were well cared for throughout our time there. The food was served promptly and boasted fresh and delicious ingredients. The portions are more than generous! (You certainly won't leave hungry!) The house salad that comes with your meal is impressive with the variety of crisp fresh vegetables! Entrees arrived quickly and were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The entire establishment is clean and well kept. The bathrooms were also well maintained and stocked. This was our family's second visit and we were again pleasantly impressed by our entire experience. The Irish dancers which were visiting for the special holiday weekend were extremely talented, engaging, and entertaining. I would highly recommend visiting at any time of the year! We will certainly be back!

Food was amazing! Waiters was so friendly, it was our first time here but definitely will go back! We sit outside, because the weather was so nice. Music was a little loud, but hey!

Had a bit of a mix up with reservations last night but they were able to solve it quickly and get us seated right away. Our waitress was great and the food was great exceptional. Drinks were also delicious!

Came here on a Friday night and it was super busy! I got the tempura shrimp with fries and a Cesar salad. We got the steamed mussels appetizer as well. Others in my group got the crab cake sandwich and a cheeseburger. The portions are huge and everything was so good! We also tried several of the drinks, a sour beer, the lavender cocktail, and a Jameson Mule. The staff was super nice as well.

Best food ever seriously!! My fiance and I loved the salmon, risotto and chicken pot pie and the white chocolate blueberry cheesecake was awesome. Excellent service by Abigail and great prices with big portions. Love Ganly's, will be back!!!

Changed menu and raise prices. Favorite steamer bowl removed. Staffing reduced so longer waits. Management is killing this place.

Throw in some TVs, a big U-shape bar for maximum area, thus making it my favorite bar shape. Have you ever been standing in one of those straight-line bars, and you're about three layers of people away from even sniffing the bar. It's claustrophobic, it creates a needless bottleneck, it feels like you're about to be crushed. Not here. It's open with super high ceilings. You can go outside and play cornhole in the crisp fall air. The whole place is easily accessible either by using the parking lot out front or the even bigger parking lot in the rear. I think there is some sort of hidden ballroom downstairs for private events. Every now and then you see a whole wedding procession just casually stroll on through. I guess it's the hot destination, which makes total sense when you take a step back and can see Sly Fox for what it truly is, which is your cookie cutter craft brewery bar experience you've seen countless times up and down the eastern seaboard. I gotta give it to them, Sly Fox was one of the few breweries to break through to kind of the ultimate level. To the point where it goes well beyond just having your beer appear in local bar taps, but to be the establishment itself, and in this case, a successful chain of them. With its headquarters in Pottstown, it's always nice to see success stories like these with local roots. I will look back and think fondly of these days before it becomes a giant evil mega corporation snuffing the life out of smaller startup breweries like it once was by the dozen. Until then, might as well enjoy the ride.

Very admirable and apparently they do this often to support other causes, as well. We were happy to dine at a restaurant that cares about the local community. That's what got me (& my wife) in the door. Now, for the brass tacks: Atmosphere: Very nice looking place. Clean. Lively. Loved the front window open on a warm day and the outdoor seating as we walked in. Service: Hostess and Server were both very friendly, attentive and helpful. Both checked in on us, often. Which, for us, is super important not to feel forgotten. No problem here. Food: Uncorkd Burger (sub grilled chicken), Vegetable Risotto w/Salmon, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Homemade Vanilla Bread Pudding Cake & Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake. My wife said, convincingly, that the Grilled Chicken Burger was good. (and that's saying something. (She's super picky about chicken sandwiches) My Vegetable Salmon Risotto was terrific. Fresh, bright, creamy, & flavorful. The salmon may have been cooked slightly over, but only slightly. Cheesesteak Egg Rolls were very good. Not made in-house. The desserts were delicious. Bread pudding with Caramel Drizzle! Oh my! Light & Delicious. Stick Toffee Pudding Cake with a decadent dark chocolate sauce. Delightful. We took those desserts to go and had them at home. Delicious. Terrific experience, tonight. I would go back in a heartbeat. Certainly would recommend. 4.2

Well, I sat down and was told that I couldn't sit there unless I was seated by the young lady at the entrance. I said, I was seated by her. Fast forward, wouldn't let us save the tables for anyone. HOWEVER, 1 tables over, a lady sat down, by herself and held a table for her family. She was there over an hour before her party arrived. Another table, same exact thing. Anyway, I went back in line and asked to be seated where my one friend was. I was told to tell my other 2 friends to move from their tables and sit at the table our one friend had. Mind you, no one else was asked to get back in line or move. A very rude man who i was told was the manager came over to me and belittled me in front of everyone. His name is Tom and his shirt said security. For God's sake, we are all over the age of 60. He made me get back in line for the 3rd time. Never have I been so humiliated. He then , after I was seated again, told the servers not to service our table. A very nice young server, Jaselle, not sure of spelling, came over and said she felt sorry for us and took our order. Finally, someone who respected us. I will not go back there again. I have never been treated like that before. Very rude and combative.

For food, of course the chicken wings are their staple food and the quality is good. They have a standard of allowing you to choose multiple wing sauces for wing orders of 10 or more. This is great because it doesn't restrict you to one flavor for large orders of wings. The burgers, pasta, and salads are also very good. My server was very helpful and exercised very friendly customer service. Overall a good experience. I will visit again when in West Reading, PA.

We found Brewer's on Yelp and and were very happy with our visit. Brewer's had a local feel to do it and a lively atmosphere for a Thursday night. The food menu has a large selection of different types of food so almost anyone can find something to eat. Great selection of beer with a lot of regional offerings. Also seem to run a special for different types of alcohol for most nights of the week ($6 large draft IPA beer on Thursday night). I ordered the brisket meatloaf sandwich that came with BBQ sauce and gouda cheese on top. The sandwich was very tasty and I especially enjoyed the pretzel roll it was served on. I liked that I was able to substitute a side of perogies instead of chips. The moon ranch grilled chicken sandwich was a little underwhelming and the moon sauce was the only positive to that sandwich. The service was good and our server checked back in with us multiple times during our visit. There's also a beer outlet with a large selection of craft beer attached to the restaurant so you can take local craft beer home with you. They call themselves a small place with the BIG selection!

I'll be honest, I didn't know much about this place going in, but I'm really glad I went and I'll definitely be back. Walking in, the first thing you'll notice is a beautiful, large fish tank built right into the wall on your right. The restaurant is dim and upscale-feeling, but still very family-friendly and not loud or overstimulating, so you can actually have a conversation. They have both booths and tables, and the space is very open and spread out. As a parent, you can even strategically seat your family in view of the fish tank or the windows to give the kids something to look at. It's great for a casual family dinner, a date night, or even a birthday celebration. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no ramps, you can roll right in to your table. It's located in a plaza but set apart, so parking was never an issue. Plenty of spots, including handicap parking up front with just a short walk to the entrance. They have a solid variety on the menu including alligator bites, burgers, pasta, salads, and more. It is on the higher end price wise. Most entrees start around $14 and up, and even the kids meals begin at $8.90. The cocktail menu is extensive and the dessert menu is worth a look too. They also have a lunch menu where prices vary a bit more favorably. I ordered the Coastal Cheddar cheeseburger burger with no tomatoes and it was excellent. Very fresh, well seasoned, and served with shoestring fries that were equally on point. They also bring out a ciabatta loaf with butter to start, which was a really nice touch. Food came out quickly (always a plus). The staff is genuinely incredible. There's a tag team mentality where anyone on the floor can help you, refill your drink, or check on your table. My server was very attentive, and even when they got busy someone always stepped in. No reservations needed, at least when I went which was on a Sunday around 1pm. Highly recommend!

It was creamy and deliciously balanced. The clam chowder tasted like "old soup" as per my daughter's review. It was OK, but did taste like it was canned and therefore we didn't eat more than a few spoonfuls of it. (The crab and lobster soups were gone.) We both thoroughly enjoyed the gator bites. They were well prepared and very tender. My daughter enjoyed stated that she was surprised it reminded her more of chicken than what she had expected. The dipping sauce added a nice touch and was not too peppery or spicy. It was well balanced. The seafood gnocchi was filling and flavorful. My daughter enjoyed it and had enough leftover for another meal the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed my lobster roll and ate the whole thing. There was an abundance of fries, which I did not eat. They were good, but did have a bit more of a greasiness than I prefer. The drinks were typical Coke products, which wait staff were attentive to keeping filled. The ambiance is a great place for a casual quality meal with family, friends, work colleagues, or a date. The salt water tank in the "lobby" is always nice to look at. The place is always clean and well maintained. The booths are spacious and you can talk comfortably without being crowded by other patrons. I love this place because the food is always good and the atmosphere is calming with the dim lighting.
