Had a Christmas party here with fellow workers. There were 9 of us and the service was fantastic. The food came out hot and very tasty. I had the salmon and onion rings and a salad. The salmon was tender, the blue cheese dressing was wonderful and the onion rings crispy. The waiter was so nice, he kept checking back on us to make sure we were happy. The food and the out door patio were amazing! All of the food was delicious, the steak was so tender and cooked perfectly, the wings are crispy with some great sauce choices, and all the sides were amazing. However the waiter was not great at all, he thought him forgetting our order was funny (while he did not write it down and had to come back to us to ask) and proceeded to not bring us out half of the things we asked for. If it were of been a better, more professional server I would give 5 stars. read more

Wow a very Unique Irish Pub located in Sinking Spring PA! Comfortable booths of table seating is available in this nicely appointed Irish Decor with hardwood walls. They have a very nice menu with some Irish Dishes as well as other favorites! Even the kiddies will be able to enjoy items on this menu. Ganly's offers an Array of on Tap Irish Beers as well as some USA brands a full bar menu is also available. Our meals today included Guinness Beef Dip Thinly sliced roast beef, sauteed onions and melted provolone cheese on a toasted hoagie roll, served with au jus Baked Chicken Juicy chicken breast smothered in a mushroom cream sauce served with your choice of two sides Beef Stroganoff Beef and egg noodles in a creamy Stroganoff sauce 1 Crab Cake Broiled lump crab cakes, served with lemon garlic aioli and your choice of two sides. Visited on 3/16, the day before St Patrick's Day. Despite being told it would be a 35minute wait, we were seated in less than 10. The restaurant was full but the wait staff remained on top of their game with prompt, professional, and courteous hospitality and attentiveness. They remained busy and ensured that we were well cared for throughout our time there. The food was served promptly and boasted fresh and delicious ingredients. The portions are more than generous! (You certainly won't leave hungry!) The house salad that comes with your meal is impressive with the variety of crisp fresh vegetables! Entrees arrived quickly and were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The entire establishment is clean and well kept. The bathrooms were also well maintained and stocked. This was our family's second visit and we were again pleasantly impressed by our entire experience. The Irish dancers which were visiting for the special holiday weekend were extremely talented, engaging, and entertaining. I would highly recommend visiting at any time of the year! My last few visits included consistently, crispy, good-sized wings with quality dipping sauces, steaming bowls of creamy beef stroganoff, & some very necessary & tempting deviations from played out Irish pub fare, like Lobster rolls. Came here on a Friday night and it was super busy! I got the tempura shrimp with fries and a Cesar salad. We got the steamed mussels appetizer as well. Others in my group got the crab cake sandwich and a cheeseburger. The portions are huge and everything was so good! The restaurant configuration is odd, with the dining area seemingly bifurcated by the entrance. The cocktails are strong, and I could tell that the bartenders knew what they were doing. At holiday time, the decorations added to the ambiance and made for a very inviting feel. Overall the food was solid, and the service was attentive and friendly. The parking lot sucks, however, and is completely insufficient to meet the needs of the patrons. I don't want to feel like I'm parking in a cornfield down the road. read more

Had a really good meal today. The servers were all friendly and checked in a lot. I had questions about how to make certain parts of my meal gluten free and the server was very attentive! She assured me the kitchen even made the bacon in the oven to avoid cross contamination and offered me a side salad instead of the chips for my meal. Drinks were also very delicious! read more

Outstanding place, we were a large group 13 and arrived at 630 pm on a Saturday, because we opted to sit outside in the heat we were seating immediately. The waitress was the best by far! She was quick responsive and took such good care of us. Drinks and appetizers were quick and the meals were out very fast too. Enjoyed dinner at Ganly's. Started with a Scotch egg and pretzel sticks. The Scotch egg wasn't the best, but it was still good. Pretzels were great. For my meal I had fish and chips. The fish was good but the crust was a little soggy. The seasoned fries were very good. My beer was cold and very good! The place was very busy and is the only restaurant in the immediate area. I found Ganly's on a whim while traveling the back roads on our way to somewhere in Reading, PA and man am I happy I did! We stopped in for dinner and I immediately fell in love with the restaurant. As soon as you walk in it feels like an Irish pub (one of my favorite stops to make when it comes to food)! For dinner, I order the pumpkin pie martini. Creamy and flavorful - the perfect drink to enjoy in the fall. And for dinner, I ordered the Ganly's Rueben. It was packed with corned beef! I wish I could remember the name of the other cocktail I ordered . . . maybe a pomegranate smash? Despite not remembering the name, it was also delicious and I would order it again. We came here because they are vegan friendly :) I brought my entire family here after a psu bball game. The restaurant was very accommodating of our large 10 person group, though thats probably the limit. The manager on duty was extremely friendly and so was the server. Food: Vegan shepherd's pie?? yes please!! its amazing that they have this as a vegan option :) the pretzels are SO fresh, they are heaven on earth! 40 minute wait turned in to an hour. After being told we were next , they seated 2 other groups then asked what beeper number we had. We were near the hostess stand & while they were going over page 2, I asked them not to forget our group which was listed on page 1 & we were past the 40 minute wait time. It was so nice to eat at Ganly's since the pandemic. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The food is always so good too. However, just one bit of advice....please stop using a seasoning salt on your chips in the fish and chips dinner, because it doesn't compliment the fish. The chips only require light salt. Went to Ganly's with my husband and parents to have some lunch. What a disappointment... This is a pub, but judging by the price, you'd think you're in a five-star restaurant. $10.50 for Donegal fries. $16.50 for 10 wings. I could almost stomach the prices had the service been good or if the food came out quickly, but alas, neither. The waitress was frazzled and definitely in the weeds. I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but it took 25 minutes to get our soup. If I'm going to pay over-inflated prices for food, I'd better get spectacular service. Neither the food or the service merited the price. Sorry, Ganly's. Do better. read more
