I told the girl while I was ordering that it has been a long time since I had one and she made sure to give me a fresh roll and make the sub delicious. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! I can't believe how amazing that sub was. I can't remember the last time I ate an entire sub in one sitting. But I did. In fact, I went back before I left for Boston Airport and got another one. Same thing. Fresh, quality, and always made with a smile. Thank you Moe's!! :)

Many folks in town reporting and talking about the violent vomiting and intestinal issues lingering for a week. BEWARE! 1/13/26 UPDATE: Although you can see they reached out to me and want me to contact them, there is nothing that can really be done at this point. Not looking for money or a year of free subs. The unfortunate thing is they have taken no responsibility for the issue. In fact their store manager did an interview and stated they received a clean review and although some employees were sick it was not during times when they were working. This denial of responsibility is ridiculous. They should have publicly apologized and said they would do better to make sure this never happened again. Big missed opportunity. I am sure this location will be closed soon. You may want to stay away from their Epping and Seabrook locations also as this is the same franchisee. https://iwaspoisoned.com/outbreak/norovirus-outbreak-linked-to-jersey-mike-s-subs-in-exeter#scroll

There wasn't much for toppings on 1/2 of my regular size sub, the shredded lettuce appeared a bit "rusty" , and I was concerned how long it had been sitting out, uncovered, the tomatoes too. Even more frustrating is that my rosemary sub roll was really hard, not at all fresh. Which I didn't find out until we got home to eat. My husband was satisfied with his cheese steak sub and said his roll was soft and fresh. We would have stayed to eat there, but the tables were all dirty, even though there were no other customers there when we went in, just the 2 employees. I feel that over $30.00 for 2 subs was too much for the quality. We've had much better quality at 2 other Jersey Mike's sub shops in New Hampshire.

Pretty underwhelming looking building with a lot of cars all parked poorly...even though there was plenty of parking spaces. My guess is they were excited and/or in a rush for a delicious sandwich? Yes...that's probably it!! There were about 6 people inside waiting for their orders and probably another 6 sitting and eating. Thankfully there were a couple of open seats for us. Since we don't eat in our car. While we waited for our sandwiches, we watched the staff and customers. Many seemed to be regulars from the area, as they knew exactly what they wanted and how they wanted their sandwich. We did not..LOL we stared at the lunch board for a bit an decided to go with a couple of the special named sandwiches. The staff was pretty quiet, heads down, working fast with an immense amount of focus. I chose the Honey Bee sandwich - it was soooo good. The honey mustard was a great twist. The sandwich was also beautifully made. Ingredients carefully stacked - just the right amount of honey mustard. The pleasant surprise....the zesty pita chips...sooooo addictive! We hope to be back in this area again soon to try their sandwiches. Again, the inside is very small - get it to go if you aren't able to find a seat. It's worth getting it to go, rather than not getting a sandwich and pita chips.
