They took on the project and fixed all the issues we had, Konstantin, the owner, is truly one of the most genuine builders we've ever worked with. From start to finish, he helped us bring our dream ADU to life and was always professional, honest, and responsive. Even when a few issues came up the past year after completing our ADU that were completely out of his control, Konstantin went above and beyond to help us resolve them and make sure everything was handled the right way. That level of care and integrity is rare in this industry. If you're looking for a builder you can trust who genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of his work, we highly recommend ARK Developers!

Lamps Plus referred us to an installer but we chose to use Konstantin's expertise.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work Capital Construction did in our home! From the very…read morebeginning to the final cleanup, we had such a great experience with this company. They replaced all of our countertops in the kitchen, butler's pantry, and laundry room. They also lowered our raised bar and fabricated a beautiful new rounded countertop, which made such a difference in the look and feel of our kitchen. In addition, they installed our new sink, garbage disposal, faucet, and backsplash, and reconnected our dishwasher, gas cooktop, electrical outlets, and under-cabinet lighting. The workmanship is beautiful, but what impressed us just as much was the care they took with our home. They did an amazing job protecting our new floors, cabinets, and furniture and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. They were respectful of our home throughout the entire project. Alik was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He helped us with design decisions, coordinated all the different parts of the project, kept everything moving, and was always available to answer our questions. We really appreciated his help and communication throughout the process. We are so impressed with how everything turned out and feel that we received excellent quality and service at a very reasonable price. We would absolutely use Capital Construction again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen or countertop project. We LOVE our new kitchen! Thank you, Alik and the entire Capital Construction team!

Vadim first helped us figure out a way to expand our shower seat for improved safety. Relying on…read morehis existing inventory, Vadim found a quartz with hints of lighter veins that perfectly enhanced with the existing porcelain tile design. He then fabricated a precision alignment of the quartz veins, so they flowed seamlessly at the corners - mimicking a high-end, single slab that could cover the existing built-in, tiled seat. WOW. Hey Vadim, can you also make our existing vanity marble sink look good again after years of no maintenance? He advised it would be more cost-effective to install a new Kohler porcelain sink. We found a semi-recessed vessel that would require cutting out the old existing off-the-rack boring quartz top. Again, we managed to get on Vadim's in-demand schedule for the rescue. Fortunately, his office assistant Karin found options within the existing inventory to help us keep costs down for this small project. And again, Vadim was able to engineer a custom top that simulates a 2.5-inch quartz slab with Kohler electronically specified cutouts. WOW. FYI, Vadim's a perfectionist, relying on computer generated measurements and a massive automated industrial cutting system that is beyond comprehension. FYI, we could not even lift the old marble vessel, but installation assistant Aiden carried it out like a bag of chips and the work site was left too clean. Maybe we should have Vadim replace our kitchen granite countertops that were poorly installed years ago by another contractor.

We recently completed a full remodel of our kitchen and could not be happier with the result. From…read morestart to finish, Eugene and Dimitry were outstanding. Their attention to detail is truly exceptional - every cabinet line, every corner, every finish feels carefully thought through and precisely executed. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows every time we walk into the kitchen. We also chose to go with Miele appliances, including both a steam oven and a speed oven, and they have completely changed the way we cook. The quality is evident in the way they perform, how quiet they are, and how intuitive the controls feel. The combination of the custom work in the kitchen and the Miele appliances has made the space not only beautiful, but also incredibly functional and enjoyable to use every day. It's important to say that this was not a cheap project. After visiting many different showrooms and exploring other options, we ultimately decided to invest a bit more and go with this team and these appliances - and we are very glad we did. The quality of the workmanship and the longevity and performance of the Miele products make it feel like money well spent rather than an expense we'll regret later. One thing we would highlight for anyone considering a similar remodel: be patient. A high-quality kitchen renovation is a process. There are design decisions to refine, materials to wait for, unexpected issues that can pop up once walls are opened, and coordination with electricians, plumbers, and inspectors. Eugene and Dimitry were always calm, responsive, and transparent throughout all of this. They took the time to explain options, never rushed us into decisions, and adjusted the plan when needed without sacrificing quality. Giving them the time and space to do things properly really paid off in the final result. In short, if you're looking for excellent craftsmanship, great attention to detail, and top-tier appliances like Miele - and you're willing to invest and be a bit patient with the process - we would highly recommend working with Eugene and Dimitry. Our new kitchen feels like it will serve us beautifully for many years to come.
