We got to the airport and had about an hour to spare. We walked past GameWay and my husband wanted to know what it was. He checked his Priority Pass & realized he could gain access to the lounge/GameWay. We checked it out and are glad we did. With priority pass, you get 1 hour free plus drink & snack. (Per person). It was definitely worth it considering we were going to wait an hour anyway before we boarded. They have several different games, nice chairs & headphones. Employees are super kind. If you have a longer layover, priority pass holders get 10% off if they want to continue to play. If you aren't a priority pass holder, you can get in the lounge and play unlimited for $40 which is nice. You can leave & eat and also come back. Pretty cool concept if you like video games. They have locations in LAX & DFW. Enjoy!!

No one there and all machines off. There's still 20 minutes before closing time.

Came here 20 minutes before closing and the lady said she already shut off her computer system so we couldn't use our Priority Pass for a drink and snack.

It's a 5* for hobby airport since there's no lounges here and this is the only GAME in town..

We're not frequent flyers with United, but fortunately had leftover miles from past trips to cash in for RT tickets. Why not check out the lounge while we're there? We almost didn't get in despite paying for the ticket bundle that included access to the lounge. It was a full house that day. They put the sign up that they're not accepting day passes as we stood in line. Fortunately, they let us in after verifying the reservation. There was only seating at the bar when we first arrived. Thankfully a table became available. There are comfortable looking lounge seats all over. Eventually the lounge cleared out an hour later. I didn't really get anything from the buffet. The line was initially too long. What they had was very limited. We did snack on wasabi edamame and sesame pretzels near the dessert area. The desserts were pretty standard. The coffee was the best part of the lounge. They serve the illy brand. The coffee machine was working properly, and the restrooms were clean. The service was also good. Our table was cleaned almost immediately as we sat down. The attendants kept the food areas clean as well. Would we pay for it again? Probably not. We just don't fly this airline enough to get complimentary access. It was still great to be away from the busy terminal.

After that, our oldest politely asked if he could also have a bag of popcorn. The volunteer responded firmly, "That's enough. You guys had too much already." I was honestly surprised by the tone and response, especially since they had only taken two items each. I asked if we could simply pay for the popcorn, but she said payment wasn't the issue -- they just didn't have enough food. What confused me was that there were no posted signs explaining item limits or any guidance about restrictions. Clear communication upfront would have prevented the misunderstanding. We also asked if we could use the microwave and were told no again, which added to the frustration. We donated $25 during our visit, and when I mentioned it, we were told that donation funds cannot be used to purchase additional food. That was surprising to hear. When the shift changed, the new volunteers were very polite and welcoming. However, by that point we felt uncomfortable and chose to leave without escalating the situation. We truly appreciate what the USO does for service members and families, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We hope this feedback helps improve communication and consistency for future visitors.

It's very off-putting BUT at least they are an alternative option for when the American Express Centurion lounge is at capacity, which happens way too often. The lounge is far from premium and offers little to nothing but seating and beverages. The food offering is usually sandwiches, cold pasta and some pastries, along with fruit. The few times I've been here, all I had was some tea and fruit. It isn't spacious either but again, at least they are an option. I do wish they were more polite to Priority Pass holders but can't win them all.

I stopped by both KLM and Air France and the food was identical - same pasta salad, leafy salad, two sandwiches, plastic-wrapped chocolate chip cookie... The lounge prioritizes their own airline customers and offer better hot food options for their own. If you happen to get there when they're about to reopen for Priority Pass, wait in line - it get long quick! I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if I happened to be at the airport early and had some time to kill, it was maybe $15-20 saved in free basic food and straightforward to get to especially with the post-security air tram.

United is helping me get off to a good start!…read more 2025 was a rough, sad, devastating year for me and my family. I even lost my Yelp elite status for 2026, but that won't keep me from sharing, just makes me sad. I'm hoping for a better year in 2026...so here is my first review for the year! I am trying to put 2025 behind me and I am starting off the year with a trip. To my surprise we were blessed with an upgrade of which I am forever grateful and we got access to the Polaris Lounge. What a wonderful place to kick back and relax before a long flight! I've only been in the regular United Club up to now, and I have always been curious. They are similar, but a lot less crowded. There is plenty of cozy seating with different options from tables to lounge chairs. There is a buffet like the regular United Club, with snacks and drinks. Plus, there is a bar. In addition to the items like the regular Club, there is a sit down restaurant inside as well where you can order off a special menu if you don't want to go to the buffet (no worries, no extra cost). Moreover, just about all the seating areas have a charging station (of course, if you sit at a regular table there isn't any). The staff is super friendly from the time you check in to the time you leave. They make you feel seen and special. If you have access, I highly recommend to take advantage and relax...even for a few minutes. Thank you United for helping me to hopefully have a better year ahead.

Turned out to be a great decision. The Polaris Lounge was clean, well appointed and quieter. But, the best part was the service. Stephanie welcomed us and when I asked for some guidance, kindly explained how everything worked, where the food was, bathrooms, etc. She arranged for wheelchair service to pick us up and we found a spot to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the seats, while mid century modern beautiful were med century modern incredibly low. We did find some chairs at a table that were more comfortable Thomas helped us clean up a small mess, very graciously and professionally. He also provided additional friendly guidance but in a very helpful way. Eating was a bit of the a challenge but thankfully, every dish was labeled for potentially problematic ingredients! Awesome! All the entrees contained dairy. So, I got some salami, cranberries, sunflower seeds and roasted beans. It went well with my lame stomach and I enjoyed several servings during our multi hour wait. Jason, the chef, came out and served vegan beans and carnitas along with various fixings. He was very helpful working around dietary restrictions and friendly also. Coffee was Italian Lilly brand which makes very nice espresso. I wouldn't say we are experts but this was a very nice lounge experience! Thanks United Polaris! Life is good with a comfortable layover.
