This location seems to have a little more than the one in Clear Lake. I'm glad they have a mini carrousel, where 3 kids can ride for only one token! Great place to entertain all of my little nieces and nephews. I tend to spoil my 3-yr-old niece the most, since she lives the closest to me. The rest of this review is mainly a copy/paste of my Clear Lake review, since both places had the same main features and fun for the kiddos.... Hours of Operation: Sun-Thu 9am - 10pm Fri & Sat 9am - 11pm It's best to join their E-mail club at http://www.chuckecheese.com to receive their latest coupons and deals. Here are some of the coupon deals that I use: -- $19.99 for large 1-topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 game tokens -- 20 free tokens (can use in conjunction with other coupons) -- 100 tokens for $15 Occasionally, I get a 20-free tickets coupon, which is great! Those little toys cost at least 10 tickets and even more if you want a better prize. If you don't use a coupon, a large cheese pizza is $15.99 and $1.99 for each additional topping. There's also a salad bar for about $7.60. To get tokens, you would either purchase one of their value meals or use the token machine. It's always a very busy place with kids running everywhere! They have lots of rides, games, and tubes for climbing. My niece's favorites are the riding horse and the flying bicycle. She also always wants to use the kid's telephone booth. I think it's a waste of tokens and should be free, but oh well...at least my niece loves it! And of course, I will be returning again and again until the kids get too old to go! :)

Chuck E. Cheese's (formerly Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre and Chuck E. Cheese's ) is a chain of American family entertainment centers and restaurants. The chain is the primary brand of CEC Entertainment, Inc. and is headquartered in Irving, Texas. The establishment serves pizza and other menu items, complemented by arcade games, amusement rides, and animatronic displays as a focus of entertainment for the entire family. The brand derives its name from its main animatronic character Chuck E. Cheese, a comedic mouse who sings and interacts with guests. Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre in San Jose, California, was the first location to open in May 1977.The concept was authored by Atari co-founder Nolan Bushnell, credited with bringing video games such as Pong to the mainstream. The Pizza Time Theatre was the first family restaurant to integrate food, animated entertainment, and an indoor arcade.Following a filing for bankruptcy, the chain was acquired by competitor Showbiz Pizza Place in 1984, forming Showbiz Pizza Time, Inc.1990, the company began unifying the two brands with the goal of renaming every location to Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza. They redesigned the logo in 1994, dropping Pizza from each store's nameIn 1998, Showbiz Pizza Time, Inc. became CEC Entertainment, Inc., and the company operates 590 locations as of 2015.

There are numerous signs clearly displayed letting people know it is not in fact an arcade. Even the company's voicemail message makes it clear. Joystix Classic Games & Pinballs is actually a working showroom that opens once a month for Pac-Man Fever Night, when every game is set to free play. It's one of the most fun and unique experiences in Houston. We hosted my wife's birthday party here, and it was fantastic. Renting the space was simple, the staff was awesome, and having the 1820 Lounge next door made it the perfect setup for a group celebration. Everyone had an amazing time. I highly recommend booking the showroom for events, you will not be disappointed. The owner is Charlie, he is outstanding. He is friendly, passionate, and deeply knowledgeable about pinball and arcade history. You can tell he truly cares about preserving the hobby and sharing it with others. He takes care of his customers and is very courteous to those who are considering a purchase. If you love pinball, classic arcades, or just want to do something different, Joystix is a must-visit Houston gem.

You get such euphoria when you snag a toy. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly. I mean this has to be a great spot to work at. All you to is make people smile haha. So for those who never have been, you get a bucket of tokens and then you go a claw machine and try to win whatever prize that is in that machine. In the beginning, I wasn't really winning anything, but then I figured to look for machines where the claws looked like it only needed 2-3 tokens to get a toy. Once I started to do that, I went on a little roll. Be careful, because I can see how people can drop some money here. Especially when you bring your kids and they want to do it. Overall, this was a great spot to go to, and I will be back again.

I politely asked if they had a broom or something long so I could retrieve it myself, but from that point on, the staff started showing an unpleasant attitude. When I asked them to exchange the tickets for toys, they deliberately ignored me and insisted that I pay for each item separately instead of combining them and giving me the total number of tickets. When my child asked for help opening the toy packaging, they said they had nothing to open it with--although another staff member later helped my child open it. Their attitude ruined my family's enjoyable trip. I have been a loyal customer of this place and visit every time I come to Houston. I will never come back here again.

It is a bunch of computers with a gaming headset, keyboard, and mouse. We had to ask a bunch of questions and ultimately decided on a hour of play. Let me first state I am not a gamer so this review is based on my non-gaming perspective. We selected two computers but one was not working so we had to shift so we could be next to each other. We chose our computer and had to setup our accounts, I think that took away from our hour. My kid wanted to play Fortnite and it took a while to login and get started but we were able to use accounts that were licensed from the store or you could use your own. I decided to switch to Among Us about half way in and the chat was LOUD. I used the sound key on the keyboard but it barely changed a thing, there was no volume control on the headset so I took it off. After 2.5 rounds my time was up so I just waited for my child to finish. As we were leaving a noticed the once 25% full place was about at 75% so it can fill up quickly and we went on a Sunday afternoon. Would I go back, maybe but bring a jacket, it was freezing.

Hey, not bad for a 10 series card graphics computer set. Though would be nice as well and I wish, if you have the space and area to dedicate to have some people bring their own setups and stuff. ::Pros:: + Nice, cozy gaming environment + Computers are solid, and the fact that you have old-school arcade stuff is a bonus + Rates are comfy with bonus times on 7 dollars on an hour charge, and the further you seem to get to it, the more discounted it gets. ::Cons:: - Nothing much really, but just watch out and inform the guy in front if your computer crashes (it's a ggleap thing). He'll happily help you oit.
