I want to start off by thanking Giselle with the utmost sincerity. Yesterday was my son's first birthday and his mother and I had planned an elaborate day for him that included many sights and stops. You could even say over planned for a one year old. But we hadn't planned anything for family and friends to get together and celebrate with him. We called the Chuck E. Cheese's reservation line the day of his birthday hoping to schedule a party for that night, but they informed us that it was absolutely nothing they could do to help make my son's big day special because we needed to had called at least a day before to set up a reservation. So me, naturally not giving up in the face of adversity, stopped by the Gulfgate location early in the day where I spoke with the on duty manager, Giselle and explained my dilemma. She was so sweet and understanding, and although she could not create a reservation, she insisted that she could find a way to help make his day special in her location. When I returned later that night to celebrate with my son Giselle had kept her word, she had went above and beyond to give us an amazing customer experience. She set up our table decorations herself, put birthday crowns and cups together, put party cards on the kids wrists, and ultimately gave us the complete gift of feeling welcomed and appreciated as people. We had so much fun and enjoyed every moment. From the food to the games to service. Everything was amazing and Giselle helped to make a special day even more memorable. Thank you! read more

I brought the kids here, and my neice. I feel the place was pretty run down. Many of the games were not working. The service guys were not helpful when I brought a few things up. I feel the pizza was very basic. Pretty pricey. They should also wear gloves when serving food. read more

So Chuck-e-Cheese used to be a fan favorite of ours when I had smaller children, and I was invited recently to attend a friends child birthday party. I went in and it looked like the same Chuck-e-Cheese I knew and loved. The upgrades that I was some newer games and instead of coins they have cards used to play games. So let's get to why I gave them a two star rating, the staff was not as friendly as you think a childrens establishment would be. There were instances when a staff members were rude particularly the host with the purple hair who wasn't our host but our party had rude encounters with. I would say definitely add the customer in the customer service experience especially since we are paying for the experience. read more

Amazing birthday experience! My son has been begging for a party here so we finally booked a party to celebrate his 5th birthday. We booked a 10 a.m. party on a Saturday and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The location was clean, staff super friendly and helpful, and everything felt super organized....my son was absolutely thrilled with the party and all the guests had a blast. 10/10 experience! read more

We went to this location recently for Hallowweb, and it was so packed yet severely under staffed or the staff was hiding. they had one person at the counter to check ppl in and take payments for food/play passes. while waiting in line we saw two children go over the the Dippin Dots cart and stick their BARE HANDs into the ice cream and served themselves. No parent came to correct them or stop them, and staff was oblivious to this. The child came back THREE times to do this and on their third time brought another child with them to also get ice cream. I told the staff and they simple scooped out some of the dippin dots and kept serving. This place has just become a dumping ground for ill behaved children where the parents just sit back and don't care. I've loved CEC and so does my son but this location is Terrible. read more

This location seems to have a little more than the one in Clear Lake. I'm glad they have a mini carrousel, where 3 kids can ride for only one token! Great place to entertain all of my little nieces and nephews. I tend to spoil my 3-yr-old niece the most, since she lives the closest to me. The rest of this review is mainly a copy/paste of my Clear Lake review, since both places had the same main features and fun for the kiddos.... Here are some of the coupon deals that I use: -- $19.99 for large 1-topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 game tokens -- 20 free tokens (can use in conjunction with other coupons) -- 100 tokens for $15 Occasionally, I get a 20-free tickets coupon, which is great! Those little toys cost at least 10 tickets and even more if you want a better prize. If you don't use a coupon, a large cheese pizza is $15.99 and $1.99 for each additional topping. There's also a salad bar for about $7.60. To get tokens, you would either purchase one of their value meals or use the token machine. It's always a very busy place with kids running everywhere! They have lots of rides, games, and tubes for climbing. My niece's favorites are the riding horse and the flying bicycle. She also always wants to use the kid's telephone booth. I will admit the food over all mediocre and over priced but the staff is what keeps me coming back. We could just as easily go to another "fun place" such a putt-putt funhouse or It'Z but I like it here because it's always clean when I'm here and the staff always goes above and beyond. Like my daughter was down by maybe 10-15 tickets on an item and the young lady still let her have it. Now the food, like I said not great. The salad and buffalo wings not bad! Lol everything else it on menu is kind of "err..." It known for its pizza but even my kids are kind of picky about it. (But hey! That's not their problem, it's corporate's.) read more

Just left a birthday party and while they provide an awesome birthday experience, the place was TOO crowded! There were 6 parties going in that were official and a few that looked like they just showed up and saved the seating. Too many kids and most of the rides and games were not working. I would like to return but I think they need to do something about the overcrowding.. read more
