Vegetarian egg rolls. Salads, pasta salad, and meats and cheeses. The "bar" had a wide variety of sodas and sparking water. There was also a bartender serving wine and mixed drinks. What earned the 5.5 stars was the service. Felicia was so sweet. She and her team were always moving. Making sure that the tables were cleared and cleaned. Restocking the food and drinks. Bringing clean napkins to the table even when we did not ask for one. Sweeping the floor. Wow!! Service with a smile!! Thank you to the staff at the KLM Crown Lounge. There is so much competition today, but they hit a grand slam with a touch of southern hospitality!

I even lost my Yelp elite status for 2026, but that won't keep me from sharing, just makes me sad. I'm hoping for a better year in 2026...so here is my first review for the year! I am trying to put 2025 behind me and I am starting off the year with a trip. To my surprise we were blessed with an upgrade of which I am forever grateful and we got access to the Polaris Lounge. What a wonderful place to kick back and relax before a long flight! I've only been in the regular United Club up to now, and I have always been curious. They are similar, but a lot less crowded. There is plenty of cozy seating with different options from tables to lounge chairs. There is a buffet like the regular United Club, with snacks and drinks. Plus, there is a bar. In addition to the items like the regular Club, there is a sit down restaurant inside as well where you can order off a special menu if you don't want to go to the buffet (no worries, no extra cost). Moreover, just about all the seating areas have a charging station (of course, if you sit at a regular table there isn't any). The staff is super friendly from the time you check in to the time you leave. They make you feel seen and special. If you have access, I highly recommend to take advantage and relax...even for a few minutes. Thank you United for helping me to hopefully have a better year ahead.

Ketchup and mayo was served on side and my burger was cooked to my liking. The crab cake was also good and the dessert was night and light, the caramel sauce added a nice sweet touch. Everything seem straightforward, and I didn't have to deal with baggage claim delays, which made getting out much faster. The signage was clear enough to follow without confusion, and the flow from the gate to ground transportation was pretty effcient even with other passengers arriving at the same time. Overall a simple and easy arrival back into Houston through terminal E. I would love to get this terminal each time I arrive home. Could be because we had a light passage haul even though we were on a larger craft.

We have always encountered polite agents, efficient service and, being a southern airport, less travel disruption going to winter places than DEN, MSP or ORD. This one was no different, coming in from Boston and departing to Cancun, Mexico. Even with a delay, the place was quite pleasant. WiFi, plenty of seating and friendly agents. We left relaxed and ready for our conference. We have decided we should fly through here more often. Spacious and comfortable place.

Ended up leaving and found somewhere else that would serve us and had a great now so maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
