Very big plus is our beers were half off because we also stumbled upon happy hours. The whole place was pretty big, and had a good arcade section. We definitely were able to kill time and had a lot of fun. Staff is pretty chill and let us know we could drink near the games. Can't wait to come back!

For their arcade, you have to use a card that you buy credits on to. In our opinion, the games were a little expensive. I think it's more directed towards parents who want to drink and offload their kids in this area, but for those of us already spending a good amount on drinks, the price on the games kinda sucks. We're used to a cover for all you can play or something a little more affordable. They do have a lot of great, newer games. It definitely kept us entertained for a while. They also had a great variety. It was pretty empty when we got there a little after lunch, but by 4pm or so it started raining and they were PACKED. The drinks were good, nothing special. A couple draft cocktails that tasted like you would expect. Some good beer options. It's a great spot in the area, huge bar area that can fit a lot of people and a really great patio.

This was my first time at River City Roll, and it has gone on the list of things to do when I am in…read morethe Richmond area. I will honestly even make the trip up just to come hang out at River City. When you walk inside you have a hostess stand where someone is waiting the help you out. Everyone that we had contact with employee wise were great. Everyone was helpful, kind, and professional We ate first while we waited for our lanes to be open. There is absolutely no complaint about the food here. Everything was great. I had a BLT sandwich. It was jam packed with crispy bacon that I asked for, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwiched between 2 thick slices of bread. The pizzas looked delicious. They are made in a fire pizza oven. All of the food came out piping hot. Out waitress was great. She was attentive and made sure everything came out, and our drinks were always filled. The waffles were a perfect sweetness, and had a good amount of berries and paired with syrup that I think was maple syrup. My friends, and husband raved about their drink with alcohol. So kudos to the bartenders. The dry rub wings had a great crispy to them and they did not lack seasoning. Lastly, get the cheddar biscuits. They are made fresh, and had great flavor. They had scoop of butter, grape and strawberry jelly. When it came time for bowling. Our bill and drinks were transferred over to the alley tab. Our shoes were waiting for us at the lanes. Bowling was a breeze, and navigating the computer system to keep score was easy. The seating in the alleys were leather couches, and a table to have food at. There was a waitress walking around getting anything we needs, like food, drinks or problems that needed to be solved. Bathrooms were clean and amusing with signage. It made me giggle. The supplies were well stocked. The alleys and property inside and out were very clean. The surrounding area seems to be making a change, but it is still questionable in some areas, and there is a lot of construction nearby. I always felt safe though. There was a misunderstanding with the reservation process and turns out we never had a reservation. Either way Ben stepped up and just made things right. He was great. He took care of us. Customer service is over 5 stars!

I've only done bowling once, but this place is so big you can hang out without it! Last time I visited was for Singo brunch - which was SO fun! I ordered the Brunch bowl which was delicious and filling. And we got a few coffee cocktails because - brunch. Ryan was a great bartender!

The demonstrations are fun, engaging, and very informative, even for adults, as are the dome shows. There is a downstairs area with climbing and crawling zones for smaller kids. You can always find to a of hands-on options. It's set-up to allow very easy kid-lef exploration. Exhibit quality is world-class. We are very fortunate to have such an excellent museum in our small city. It actually easily completes witharge cities. Definitely come by and take advantage, and consider membership. Our Science Museum is definitely a huge asset here in Richmond. If you're from out of town, it's well worth the drive. Their metal is arranged by genre, both in CDs and LPs. While sure to get fans nitpicking (Manson doesn't qualify as industrial, if you ask me) it also represents the little shop's big dedication to a quality customer experience. Also inside you can find VHS tapes, old school video games, locally roasted coffee beans, and a shop cat. He coordinates well with the overall theme of the store and will give you little love nips when you pet him. Don't overlook the plain black shop exterior or be put off if the shop is full of people in various shades of black clothing and band merch - metalheads are some of the nicest people I know, and Wax Moon lives up to that!
