There was a supervisor present but not really supervising which contributed to the mishap. When I booked VR, we never reviewed incidentals nor did he mention anything when it first happened. At the end, when it was time to pay he said it was $200 for the TV damage. TV was still playable as seen in picture. Gamer trucks are always a big hit but the surprise at the end was unpleasant. Wish it was discussed before hand or right when it happened but definitely need better supervision with VR from the Gamers Luxury Team.

I wanted to inquire about a new Pokémon game and was requesting for a sealed copy of the game since the one on the shelf was marked new but it was already unwrapped and as a present I didn't want to give my son something already opened. The employee AJ actually told me that it was new and that if I wanted it that was it. I explained that it was for my son's birthday and he responded with "he is going to open it anyways!" All while still sipping on his drink, yes he is drinking this big cup of soda and speaking to me while still having the straw in his mouth! Very unprofessional and he seemed to be more concerned with his closing duties. At the end, as I became upset and was asking him to cancel it, he decides to now offer a brand new sealed copy, this was in plain view behind him the entire time I was asking for a sealed copy, and since I continued to walk out I overhead him saying to me to "have a wonderful night b*tch". I will report this horrendous customer service to corporate and would recommend you never go through a similar experience by shopping at this Gamestop! Regarding the employee, I hope he find faith and treats others the way he would want to be treated!
