They have great sales that make it pretty affortable to get new clothes for the kids and not go completely broke. We take hand me downs like most families but sometimes the kids new clothes. If you provide your number, you are given rewards or points to use for future purchases. They sell clothes for infants all the way up to pre-teen kids. Staff has always been friendly and helpful every time we shop here. I would recommend this location if Target and similar stores don't have what you are looking for.

Also the service is amazing, these two women that run the shop were very sweet and helpful... A couple weeks back my wife left her wallet in the changing room and without hesitation these women found our Facebook information from her name in her wallet and reached out immediately to let us know that we left it there ... Honestly I was shocked because now days you can't trust anyone who finds a wallet to call the person and let them know, but these women did and I commend them and we are so grateful that they contacted us ... I definitely recommend this store

Worst customer service I've ever experienced shopping at a shoe store!!!!!!…read more Firstly, there were (2) sales people neither of which were helping any of the customers. I browsed and found a shoe that I liked. I walked up to the counter and asked what the largest size was it that they carried. The girl without being friendly at all said " size 10 if we have it" and stood there. I said, "Can you check on these?" and she looked totally irritated. She retrieved one shoe and handed it to me. I looked at her confused. I asked, " Who tries on one shoe can I get the other one please?" She sighed as if irritated that I wanted to try on both shoes ....REALLY?!!!!! She began taking the wrapping off when I told her to forget it. I'm not spending my money here you're totally rude. I will never go in this store again and give money to an establishment that hires terrible sales reps.

What a surprise we stumbled onto on our way to the grocery store!…read moreWe walked from our hotel room, in town for a wedding... and happened to walk by the The Love Stores windows. Their window mannequins are all dressed up in a variety of outfits to intrigue customers. I eagerly told hubby, "We're going inside!" We were greeted by staff and I quickly browsed racks on the right side of the main entrance. Various colors and styles to choose from. I couldn't decide on which color to choose, and told hubby to pick! My lingerie piece was super affordable. Although there are no sizing charts on the specific item I chose- there are dressing rooms available. One patron allowed at a time in a dressing room. Although I didn't have the time to try on my item inside the dressing room- I asked the sales person- what the exchange policy is- " Items must have original tags attached and sales receipt. No refunds, but, store credit ". There's a Santa Ana location as well. And weekend hours- this location closes at 2am. Midnight during the week. Stop by, and bring your significant other! Great browsing inside and I'm sure you'll leave as happy customers!
