Great prices,trendy styles, with great customer service! the girls are always nice, and Courteous! And good quality material!

Waited 10 minutes before opening (why are stores opening at 11 on weekends during the holidays?) I'm assuming the "manager" was inside. One of the employees pulled up next to me, parked right in front, which should be for customers but whatever. Once the doors were opened I walked around and basically helped myself. Neither employee asked if I needed assistance. I was the only customer in the store. I gave it 2 stars because it was organized and clean. But I won't bother waisting my time there again. I'm tired of the amount of stores I try to patronize (instead of ordering online) and getting ZERO customer service. read more

Remember when you wanted and needed the latest fashion trends and you knew you could find it at Fashion 21? So you and your girlfriends hopped on the city bus to take you to the mall or some street out in LA just to get there. Remember...and it was just a girl store. And, you were, like...under 21 years old? 'emember? Well Rue21 is that "new" spot. Now, upon walking in, I felt my aura of old age try to escape me as the trendy hip-hop music and the Twilight display easily made me feel less, well, hip. But, I thought this place was cute and definitely ready to dress the under-21 hipsters (or, I guess the under 25) crowd...not that age really has a type of look, but that's what I'm seeing. I think it brings a better environment to the groups of kids who like this sort of stuff. It reminds me of Fashion 21, but caters more to the more "hipster" type crowd. Majority for the girl crowd, guys can shop here too, as the other half of the store is for the trendy, skinny jeans, wearin' type of guy. Oh, and there were these funky sunglasses with plaid print on the lenses. How can a kid see out of those? *shrugs* So, I'm going to assume if you can't find it at Fashion 21, you'll find it...whatever "it" may be...at Rue21. At least I found a place I can bring my niece and nephew to shop and shut up. read more

I really, really like their men's clothing - it's exactly my personal style, which is perhaps unfortunate for a 31 year old man who tends to run a little thick. My complaints are that their men's selection is really small, which is a damn shame because there's nowhere else around here to buy on-trend clothing without going to the Mall or Barstow; and their sizing is a little ridiculous. I have to buy a size larger here because their clothes are unrealistically skinny-bitch sized. That is of course when they even have a size that will fit me at all. They don't have much in a 36 waist and I don't think they have 36/34 at all, and their largest shoe size for men is 11. And then they tell you to go online to find larger sizes. Guess what? I'm not gonna buy your clothes online because I am here for the absurd sale prices you have in store... I'm here to pay $5 for a pair of shorts, not 29.99 like the exact same ones are priced on the website. 8/ read more

So I went here to find a dress to wear to my sisters baby shower on Saturday and I was looking through the racks trying to find the right size, it was one of the racks that were higher up and something fell on my arm I didn't see what it was and look down and didn't see anything so whatever right I just kept looking. Well I went in the dressing room to try on some of the dresses I found and when I went to put on a dress...A COCKROACH FELL OFF OF IT! It was so nasty and a cock roach had to have been what fell on my arm earlier because it was the same dress that I was trying to find the the correct size of...it's not the employees fault or anything but seriously shouldn't management pay for like an exterminator or something??? read more

I have been coming to this store for years. The employees have only gone downhill. I was made very uncomfortable but a supervisor there. I was asking about sales and Instead of telling me she pointed to the signs and said " you can't read them " I told her " I don't have my glasses on today" ,"can u tell me " And she ignored that request. So I asked again about the sale. She said it clearance items "don't work cause they are already so cheap why would they make a sale for it to" needless to say I won't be going back.its really sad to feel this uncomfortable in a store. I am a mother of two and when I text myself I like to feel welcomed. You will not get that at this store. Upon thus employee being rude to me she was always scouring a new employee, making fun of the way she folded clothes and saying " well you messed everything up " all while she was ringing me up. My kids love shopping here. I have 2 boys ages 17 and 12 and a girl 15 and they can all 3 find stuff they like here. And once in awhile I can even find something for myself .Has good sales, accesories & great clearance. read more

Whenever I come home to visit my parents I like stopping in here to see what's new. The prices are really cheap and sometimes you can find some cute clothes. However, I just left the store empty handed and I don't think I'll be going back. There are about six employees working in the store and when I say working I mean they are all just hanging out talking. A cute top was out of reach and there was a hook to grab it down right next to it so I grabbed one down and a sales rep walked up to me and said "let me do that" since I was already done I said thanks but I got my size and she then rolled her eyes and said "next time you need to find someone to help you you can't use that". I apologized and said I didn't see anyone around and since it was right here I figured I could just grab it. She cut me off "next time you need to come find me and have me do it, go look for anyone" then she turned around and walked back to the counter. I'm not one to get upset, but she was just really rude. Especially when they do have so many people working yet no one was even around for me to ask to help. Idk I've never been such a huge fan of rue 21 to seek it out. It's just when I see it I stop in if I have time. Well not anymore. read more

No one AT ALL said hi as we walked in or bothered to even ask us if we needed any help or any assistance all they did was look at us like if we did not belong in the store I've never felt so uncomfortable at one of the rue21 stores as I did today and this one I will never go back I will stay shopping in the Hesperia rue21 they are SUPER FRIENDLY. read more
