Entrance is a little tricky to get too so park on the side near the card store and walk around to the front of the building. Upon entering we were greeted with a HUGE selection of games, everything from NES to current Xbox, PS5 and Switch. Even had some cabinet games you could try out. Behind the counter they had some harder to find titles and some tables between rows was like a mini nerd yard sale with figures, books, crafts, etc. Husband picked up a gunpla model kit from 1980s, I got pokemon pinball for my game boy and some DS games I had been looking for. Price wise was about what I expected for what I got, seemed about middle of the road. On the left side of the building is a DVD section and fairly expansive comic book selection. Husband looked over what they had but nothing really stood out, we mostly came for the retro games. Guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had about their stock and condition of the games. If we're in the area I plan on stopping back in and seeing what new stock they have on hand.

Overall just really poor service for a first time buyer with you guys. Was bouncing off the idea to make the purchase for a few weeks. The fact that you had these items listed in your storefront for weeks on the website before I ever even made the purchase just for them to be "unfunctional" blows my mind. As someone who works in shipping full time, this is just a lazy oversight. I will be leaving a negative review due to the overall lack of communication, all just to end up having to wait a month and some change to end up getting a refund. This is why people are so hesitant to make purchases with retro stores anymore. Poor overall communication, lack of effort in qc control, and whenever something goes wrong ... instant refund with a "sorry not sorry" please wait 10 days for your money back. Even though when you make the purchase it's an instant transaction. Then they wait for 5+ days to push the refund though..... The staff had nothing but patience as I had a large extensive list of things I wanted. The owner even came to unlock the basement as he had more items in the basement that I wanted. They were very helpful, had several of the items I wanted and most of all I felt like their prices were fair. The owner also gave a nice discount. My mom went to several other retro video game stores in the area and none of them compared to this. The other stores were either severely overpriced and unwilling to negotiate, the employees weren't friendly or they didn't have a good selection. This place was perfect and I would definitely come again when I'm in town.

The bright side is they are moving to a bigger location if I heard that right so I am excited for the team and company. To sum up the location it's a place you can play video games.
