This GameStop location seems to have great management or they are just straight up on top of things. Every time I visit they have exactly what I walked in for. The employees are well trained to answer most questions related to video games (old and new) and all recent gaming trends. I am completely satisfied with how much they actually carry on hand because I can't stand stores being out of stuff or having to order it online especially popular items. I like that they also have a clearance section with pretty cool stuff at times. The bargain hunter in me appreciates that. Sales and promos are usually posted up on the windows as well. read more

I and someone else pre-ordered WWE2K22. Earlier in the day I called to see they were going to have a 9 PM release, I was told yes. They guy I spoke to told me we have a big box full of them in the back. I go to pick up my copy and I was told "We're sorry but we only have one copy, it's was first come first serve" He came off kind of smug about the whole thing. The following day I spoke to someone who put me at ease. He said he spoke to one of his mangers and they expedited a copy coming from the warehouse. Long story, it's Friday evening and still don't have my game. If I would have known it was going to be so much of a issue with this Gamestop I would've taken my business to either Visalia, Dinuba or Hanford. Never again!!!!!! read more

Pros of this GameStop is they're always stocked with Pokémon cards and don't limit you like Walmart does. Cons is the employee named RJ. He was rude when I asked for assistance to get some cards and in the middle of ringing up my 1 item he walked away to go BS with his co workers. read more

If you can avoid getting help by the guy with the man bun(short / stocky). I brought a coupon from GameStop for my monthly $5 off and because it wouldn't scan he said he wouldn't take it. That it's all he can do, to "take it up with GameStop.com" . I told him it expires today and he just said hit up GameStop.com. I've had other encounters where he doesn't seem to care for example I was looking for a yakuza 2 and he said they didn't have it and no near store had it. I came a different day where a tall young man with long hair helped me and managed to help me find the game from a GameStop out of state mailed to my house. Like I said this is more a rating towards the one employee he won't go out of his way to help and just try's to sell insurance on games. Place is not bad and if you can look for the tall guy with glasses. Also the short guy said new items can only be returned within 7 days even if unopened. I tried telling him GameStop policy is 30 days unopened , he said "no that PlayStation is the one we have to deal with if we want to return a game within 30 days" . It's nice to have a local GameStop in Selma. Sometimes you want gaming accessories and have to drive to Fresno, however GameStop make it pretty convenient. They have lots of new and used games and a lot of gaming accessories. read more
