I stopped by this GameStop location today while my wife was at her doctor appointment nearby. She was filling out paperwork so I walked over to Gamestop to see what they had inside the store. The store is a decent size inside and there a lot of room to walk around where it doesn't feel compact. When I walked inside, there was one lady working the counter and she was helping another guest inside but she still greeted me. They have a lot of Funko Pop to select from. The prices will vary depending on what you're looking for so remember to always look around first. They have some Pokemon stuff and also action figures too. I looked at some of the games they had on display and sales but nothing stood out to me. My nephew has a PlayStation 5 so I was looking if there any games he might like. The parking here is great because it's in a big plaza with many parking spots. read more

The area is rough and we've heard people talk about this place being not the best store to visit because of the location. It's sort of in the ghetto but walking in, we were very surprised! We were out and about grabbing some little things at the other shops around and dinner at Popeyes. We were out in the heat and decided to check in for some Pokémon Jazwares figures. We walked in and the place is much bigger than the outside makes it look! It's super spacious inside (maybe that means room for more stuff?) and the AC was blasting which was great to cool off since it was super hot and muggy out. We went straight for the Pokémon section to browse their figures and only found one new one we needed (Snom Jazwares figure). Sadly no Hawlucha but maybe next time. The young lady working was very nice and even asked if we tried the Pokémon Go scan for the stop which we didn't even know about. Unfortunately the scan wasn't working and she said it was the same for other customers. Might be a connection issue in the area. They didn't have the game I wanted and I think I was being way to picky but you know what......... The employee who helped me out was being so nice to me and helpful. She had a ton of recommendations and I noticed how friendly she was with other customers there as well and I could see she also played games too in her own time. I'd go there again as soon as I figure out what games I'm into. I went there a couple months ago to buy a charging cable for my Xbox controller. Parking: Thankfully plenty to go around. This location is within a plaza, so there tons of parking. It will be hard to find a spot directly in front because of the near by neighboring stores bringing in crowds as well. But even on a busy day/hour you will be able to find parking at this location. Cleanliness: Clean location, I have been here around 4 to 5 times so far and haven't had any issues with the cleanliness of the store. Games, consoles, displays, and even collectibles are easily found due to their clean maintenance of the store. Staff: helpful and knowledgeable. Last time I came here I was in hope of getting a chase or rare funko pop, but was not able too. But the staff member went above ans beyond and provided me a list of their upcoming pops releasing and allowing me to see which ones I could even preorder. I accompanied my husband into this GameStop last night and it was nothing like other people have said in their reviews. The store was clean and although there were only two employees, it was clear they made an attempt to help everyone as best as possible. Please note that it was a Friday night and it got pretty packed for a bit. We went in looking for a video game and thanks to the customer service provided by Edgar, we walked out with two Xbox games, a Nintendo 2DS XL, and two 3DS games. He was very helpful and even made recommendations that saved us money. We will definitely be going back to this GameStop. read more

Do not go here. Go to any other location. Horrible customer service. Not helpful at all. I ordered something online for pickup and when I went to the store they said they couldn't find the order. Their system hasn't "updated" and they couldn't even give me a time frame on when their system would get my order... 24 hours? 7 days? Bueller? "I don't know." Even though I already paid $430. I offered my order number, they said they didn't need it.. All I needed was a "It should process in 24 hours. What items were in your order? I'll let you know if it's in stock at this location now and once we receive the order we'll give you a call." ANY type of reassurance or help... My first experience with this GameStop was an unpleasant one. I called ahead of time to inquire about reserving a system and the associate (Sal/Saul) informed me that they had two reservations spots still available. I specifically asked him if I have enough time to drive down there without losing out and he told me that I'm good and I will be ok. I told him my name and I informed him that I am on my way. He said ok see you soon. I arrived rather quickly and when I got to the register he told me sorry all gone. He didn't even offer to assist me with locating it elsewhere or a any kind of resolution. Went here the other day in hopes of getting my hands on a new NES Mini. I know long shot right. Anyway stood in line for about 5 minutes while 1 cashier attended to another customer and 2 other cashiers didn't even acknowledge the line forming behind me. So finally when my turn was up I asked, "by any chance do you know when you will be receiving a new shipment of the NES Mini? So here's my review I'm giving it 5 starts cause the staff is very informative and also it's nice and clean here. But, my experience with the girl that works there Vanessa horrible!!! So I went in and bought and Xobx One and did some trades couple games that I had. I got some help from George, (FYI only person that greeted the customer, there was two of us there a gentle man with his son and I) so I went with him for assistance. Vanessa was basically just standing there hawking on what was been traded in and brought. She wasn't even the one ringing me up first of all. Second of all I was asking George questions and he helped me out I bought a power point card. I had asked him if the console came with a different bundle games other than Gears of War I didn't want it, if he had a different 1st person shorter game. Before he can even answer, Vanessa butts in mind you the gentle man was asking her for a game for his son. She basically butted in the sale before my question was answered or finish asking my question. She then suggested a Lego game which if she would have waited for me to finish asking my question I was gonna say no Lego games I remember seeing a bundle with it. She insisted like if I wasn't sure that I didn't want it. I said no and said I'll just take the gears bundle. So she stayed at the register and I'm thinking to myself why is she stealing this sale for ? That is pretty rude and unprofessional. I understand one thing is that they are training the employee and another when you butt in the sale trying to be sneaky and steal it. Me and My daughter went in here to sell some games and get some new ones. Ended up getting Zelda wind walker and splatoon. Vanessa was totally awesome. She immediately offered to help me as soon as I walked in. She started the pricing on the games I was trading in so I could shop without carrying the bag of games. When she was done she came to me told me the price asked if I was ready, I was and she took me up to cashier and rang me up. She also got me to upgrade to game stop pro for $7 but I saved more than that because you get cheaper price on games if you are pro status, Good looking Out Vanessa. She made it a fun experience, She had personality, and a pretty smile. She also was into video games and new her shit. The manager (John) and employee (Jose) provided the best customer service. They helped me with my exchange, and provided a pleasant experience.
