Absolutely amazing service by Corrine (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!). I've been visiting all of the GameStops in the area looking for remaining baseball cards after doing a buy-out at the Valley store in Fontana. I made a great ROI so I figured I'd keep going. Came to this store and they were out of everything but she took the initiative to look at other stores and printed out a list of stores who might have stock. I went to the Rancho location and bought their last stock. Corrine had an absolutely amazing attitude and was a pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend read more

The man working helped me to find a retro shop because I wanted game cube games and they don't have any so he printed the address for me.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to grab a new PS5 and had a quick and efficient visit. Dylan helped us out and was a super chill great guy handling the front. Knew his stuff and had us on the go quick! Thanks again Dylan! read more

Terrible experience with one of the workers not sure if she's the manager but she always opens up for the Pokemon releases she looks middle aged and sometimes wears a face mask. She was super unfair with how she treated me and my lady and we felt discriminated against as we were the only ones singled out even though there was over 20 people. She said it's one item per person and she will be handing out tickets. She goes around the line and gives everyone a ticket per person and even acknowledged the white couple that were first and hands them they're ticket but when she got to me and my girlfriend she made a huge deal talking about how she can only give me on ticket because we came together even though it said one person. So she changes it and says "well now it's one per household" even though there was literally a whole family of a mom and dad and kids that got handed their tickets?!? How disrespectful of her to single us out and treat us differently when we didn't do anything but stand in line like the rest. So she says it's one per household and I tell her that we don't even live together so if that's the case we both deserve a ticket to buy a Pokemon item. She makes a huge fuss and makes us take out our id's to find out that we actually don't live together. And then continues to the rest of the couples and families and hands them 1 per person even though they are obviously together. We were the only Mexican couple did she do it out of hate towards Mexicans?? Because we literally did nothing but stand there. She's the worst GameStop employee I've ever met I've never felt that singled out because it happened only to me and no one else in the line. read more

GameStop - Electronics Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I went to visit this store in the middle of the afternoon and they had a be back in 60 minutes sign on the door. Not a be back in 5 mins sign. Totally unacceptable. Will not be visiting this store if I don't have to again. read more

The assistant manager Koryn!!!! Omg so bubbly her energy was amazing and good customer service

They are horrible with letting people know about pre orders .. I gave the stupid girl my phone number to call me as soon as the ps5 comes out . she seems like she hates her job .. Maybe she should work at McDonald's everyone hates there job there .. Bad customer service .. They should hire people who love games not snobby people .. Anyways I tried to pre order the ps5 she was rude you know what .. They never called me . i had to find out by myself .. And i think people bribe them because i actually gave her my number months ago for notifications on the ps5 .. When i ask her yesterday she said the pre orders are already gone .. Ok did they bribe her .. Cause i ask along time ago ... read more

Everytime I go here I always make sure I don't see Koryn because everytime she's there it's always a horrible experience. Honestly yall should talk to her about behavior because it isn't okay. She looks visibly annoyed everytime someone enters the store and if you ask about a pre-order she'll lie and say they don't have any with a snotty attitude. I hate going to this location but it's the only one close by since inland center closed theirs. Just go to a new one or avoid going here when you see her car in the parkinglot. read more

they cant even answer the phone with a question i had. i waited and called a couple minutes later and still cant answer.

I've been coming to this GameStop for years, I used to cycle between this one and the one at the Inland Center but ever since the mall one closed I've only been coming to this one. Have no idea where these negative reviews are coming from, I've always had a positive experience when coming here. People need to understand that the workers are humans with emotions and often time you'll be getting the same energy you put out thrown back at you. So if you go in all entitled and rude that's exactly what you'll receive. That being said all the GameStop employees there are super nice, I think I've only ever had 1 employee be a bit introverted and not really eager to talk but that's fine. read more

So before Smash Bros Ultimate came out, I put a reservation on a new Switch with Smash included and when I came to pick up the product, they told me they were out of the stand that the reservation was supposed to come with. How does that happen when it was RESERVED? Did you give it to someone else or did you want the stand for yourself to take home? I never forgot this. They sold it to me without the stand despite me reserving it. I should have called corporate. Only reason I bought it that way was because I wasn't going to wait to play. read more

Check your bank statements if you needed a "refund". Second time this has happened in 90 days. First incident has never been resolved. Second incident I will not let go. Matthew told me directly last night (because he knew he charged my card twice and when I asked for the receipt showing the refund he all of a sudden didn't have one) to come back tomorrow if I had any problems and he would make sure I got taken care of. He wouldn't even help me himself. Other clerk called customer service and of course they wouldn't help me either. I asked for the district manager name and phone number (I used to work at a game crazy so I know how it works) and was denied that information. It's Sunday so of course I can't get assistance from my bank. NEVER GO TO THIS GAMESTOP read more

Koryn was so friendly and helpful! my family and I have been going to this location for over 5 years and the last 3 visits she was such a great help! She took the time to review my boys Pokémon cards and went above and beyond. I am so thankful for her kindness! I spoke with her manager then and there because of her professionalism and patience. read more

Went in to look for overwatch and neither of the two employees bothered to say anything to me. Since I walked in and looked for the game for about 10 minutes the two employees acted as if I wasn't there. But as soon as another guest walked in that guest received a greeting. I went to target instead. No wonder they're going bankrupt read more

This place sucks do not come here for any gaming equipment. I'd rather go to target or Walmart then Deal with employees and their attitudes.

The customer service here is awesome! A couple associates here are REALLY knowledgeable, and willing to chit chat about games with anyone. It's close to home so I find myself there often. My only problem, and it's a big one, is that they don't price match. I get that many stores stopped doing this, but what a shame! Target, for example, has Breath Of The Wild on sale for 45$. GameStop, 60$...A pre-owned version is still more expensive at G.S., than the brand new version at Target. PRICE MATCH, and I'm ALL YOURS!!! read more

I take issue with the way GameStop on University takes in the midnight crowd on special releases. The 6pm crowd gets group tickets for entry first. My issue is that the "PRE ORDERS" that paid in full weeks earlier are not the first option group to enter. This should be part of the incentive to "Pre - order". They way they do it now, someone could have a spur of the moment wish to have that game that day and be the first ones to get it and make the weeks earlier pre buy fans wait another hour to get it until those that never pre bought. Makes very little sense. read more

This is my local Gamestop for the last five years, and I am generally happy with the quality of service I have received in my time doing business with this location. The salespeople are all pretty cool, and they have successfully convinced me to buy into the Power Up rewards group, which gives members additional benefits when trading in games and also advantages with special offers. There's never been a time that this location did not have a game I was looking for, and the used discs and game accessories are always in good condition. I would recommend this location to others who are interested in doing business with a Gamestop store in San Bernardino. read more
