There was a supervisor present but not really supervising which contributed to the mishap. When I booked VR, we never reviewed incidentals nor did he mention anything when it first happened. At the end, when it was time to pay he said it was $200 for the TV damage. TV was still playable as seen in picture. Gamer trucks are always a big hit but the surprise at the end was unpleasant. Wish it was discussed before hand or right when it happened but definitely need better supervision with VR from the Gamers Luxury Team.

He was very professional and timely in the booking process, communicated well leading up to our event, showed up ahead of time, and helped my son have a very enjoyable party.
