If you're looking to get fnaf figures at this location don't bother cause I just went there never been to this game stop so this is the first time I'm out of town at the moment so this is the first GameStop I've been to that doesn't have fnaf figures which is crazy but then again, I'm not surprised So if you're a fan of Fnaf, I don't recommend this GameStop. They only had sonic and Dragon Ball and some Xbox stuff. There wasn't really much anything good Oh, and another thing, even though I don't give a shit, but to be honest when I enter the store, the workers didn't greet me to be witch. I like that GameStops now have a large selection of merchandise aside from games and consoles. They vary from plushies, collectibles, board games, gift cards, and more. Customer service is not mean or anything, but it's very pushy at this location. So much to the point of inefficiency. Expect to wait in line for over 15 min. They heavily try to up sale the pro membership. I get that they need to meet their quotas, but it's very annoying to be quite frank. Came here expecting a pre-order bonus as advertised everywhere. Turns out you cannot get preorder bonuses here if you don't preorder months in advance because apparently they only ship so many to the stores. That is, unless you buy a pro membership for the additional up charge of $20-$25. -_- There is an emphasis on pro membership being the most beneficial when buying pre-owned items, but that ain't for me. Avoid this GameStop. Customer service is horrible and they will absolutely not work with you at all. The 1st time I had an issue with them I came in at 7:05pm to turn in 1 game for store credit. I was turned away because they don't do trade ins an hour before closing. This policy is nowhere to be found on their website or in store. This happened to me on 2/13/26 between 2pm and 7pm. The 2nd issue I had with them happened when I was trading in a console to put towards a PS5 pro. I was attempting to get full trade in credit for my PS5 and they took $100 off the store credit because of stick drift on one of the controllers. I took their word for it and came back with 3 different controls. Their system passed the controls but the employee saw a "wiggle" on the line for the right stick and was told to fail all of them by his manager. 3 almost new controllers have the same exact issue? The funny part is I later took them to another GameStop and they were perfectly fine and accepted. The moment that really frustrated me was when the employee doing the trade in asks me why do I even want a PS5 pro? and if I was aware its only %15 stronger and that I need a nice TV to use it. Every answer I gave him he looked over at his manager, Neko, as if he couldn't believe what I was saying. I was shocked this employee was trying to talk me out of buying it. Good job. I took my money somewhere else. I didn't get the guy's name but he has a mustache and wears crazy thick coke bottle glasses. The dude is incompetent. He had to ask his manager how to do everything. This issue happened on 2/27/26 between 2pm and 5pm. The 3rd and last issue I had with them was regarding a pick up of a pre order I had paid for on my brother's account because it was for him. He hurt his knee at work so it was difficult for him to come in person. They refused to let me pick up the game because my brother was not there in person. I offered to call him or get a picture of his ID or facetime him. They refused any kind of solution I offered without offering any kind of solution. Their solution was for my brother to physically come into the store and ask for a refund. They told me they would put up the game for purchase after 48 hours and the money would be locked to the account until he was physically in the store. The employee took my money at the time of payment the day before and never mentioned any of this. I spoke to their manager. She said her name was Neko? I'm not sure if that is her real name but she was immediately annoyed I asked for help from her. She repeated what her employee said and stated that my brother could sue them if I wasn't authorized to pick it up. Insinuating that your customers are looking to take advantage you is not good customer service. She then told me that she is on her lunch break and she did not want to argue with me. Her only solution was for my brother to add me to his account. It turns out there is no way to do add someone to your account so she basically lied to get me out of the store. I eventually came back with my brother with a full brace and crutches just so we wouldn't have this GameStop location hold onto our money indefinitely. This is completely anecdotal but the vibes are just weird here. They have a few favorites or friends I guess that come by and they'll constantly talk to these people for a while with a line of people. I saw an employee tell some guy if he wanted to buy a new copy of resident evil 9 because she only had one left and this was on release day. I wouldn't be surprised if most people don't receive this level of customer service. Just avoid this place at all costs. If you absolutely have to go into a GameStop, the one in Lancaster are a lot friendlier and helpful. read more

Was told there were product available but did not want to check for the product until "later" when later came by they had a similar product and sold it. Other gamestops make time for their customers but this one did not and was even rude when mentioned I came from a far location. Approximately 09 October 2018 around 1720 hours, walked into the store to speak with the management. The manager answered all questions professionally. However, the female working there kept staring with an attitude look on her face. She next blurted something out of her mouth to me. I tend not to hear people who are rude.... How on earth have I neglected to review our local Gamestop? With an 11 year old boy you can imagine we spend a lot of time (and $$) here. This location is tiny and not staffed for how busy it is (meaning you wait awhile in line). The workers are extremely helpful, always pointing out the best deals and how to save money. There is a ton packed inside this little store. The clearance is amazing (high quality t-shirts for $5 and under). Unfortunately the cash register rep attended someone that came in after us and completely forgot about us even though the guy specifically said I'll be right with you. I told the rep what he did and he said he thought we got out of line? But yet because they were girls they got attended first without consulting with us first to help us.
