I arrive soon after they opened and interacted with the employees immediately. I was told and if I need anything to just let them know, and I just said, dice. They appointed me to the back of the store and told me where they would be. I wandered them back and took a look at their selection. I immediately found a set that would fit the bill for this occasion. I looked through a bunch of the store before having someone get them from the cabinet for me. I felt that I did really good because I only bought one comic book. I love these stores because everyone is friendly that works in them and I can always find way too many things that I want to buy. If you have young children that are struggling to start reading, you should consider starting them on comic books and getting them to actually read the words in them because it has been proven that children who start with comic books tend to learn to read younger, and then read throughout their lives . Obviously, you should only buy things that you feel are safe for your children, and there is always something to fit that bill.

This was the worst GameStop I've ever stepped into from both a customer service perspective, and…read morefrom a layout perspective. I just walked in and walked out within 5 minutes. The cashier was the most rude lady I've interacted with in some time - as soon as I walked in, she gave me an up-down and turned away when I had a question. Someone she was familiar with was there the whole time from before we walked in, and she was huddled over the counter just whispering to him the entire time. When I tried to ask a question, she walked away and pretended not to notice, then went over to the shirts and was telling him "not to waste his money here" and holding things up to him to grab. For the store layout, it's truly just cards everywhere with little to no physical games. There are still plenty of other locations with physical releases, so I'm not sure why this one was just gatcha heaven. Completely disappointed, won't be coming back to this location again.

Finally…read morecleared a date they had open and they sent me an invoice that didn't reflect the length OR time I had requested. Obviously the system they're so stuck on isn't as great as actual communication... so I contacted Mario again (who was never what I'd call either polite or rude, just kind of bored and indifferent) and they finally sent an invoice with the time window and length of party I had requested. Arrived on time the day of, and set things up as we had discussed. (The reasons for 2 stars). The kids were on the truck playing games and I was sitting in the shade at the picnic table with the other parents and after 2-3 hours Mario approached and said they'll be packing up soon as they have another party after us and could I pay now. I was a little taken aback as I had paid half the total as a deposit for a 4 hour party. So I "asked" him hadn't I scheduled 4 hours? He said no. Now, beginning to get a little perturbed I told him "yes sir, actually I did", and also reminded him I specified the arrival and departure time. He proceeded to argue with me, in front of all the other parents mind you, that I was wrong and they had another party to get to. All I could say was "you need to look at your invoice" after a few minutes he stormed away with the look in his eye of "OK buddy, I'll SHOW you you're wrong". Two minutes later he walked back up to the table and just said "I'll tell the crew we're leaving at 5". No apology or my mistake, you were right. So now I'm wondering just what kind of business is he running here. I entered the truck and saw all the TVs filled, but one of my son's guests playing on her phone... which didn't add up. We had invited the number of guests based on the number of TVs he supplied. So I asked my son to identify his guests and it turned out Mario had brought some kid with him, that had taken up one of the TVs for the whole three hours they had been there (so far). When I politely mentioned to the crew (which was difficult as I was fairly pissed off at that point) that I had guests who weren't able to play and this kid who was not a guest was taking up a TV, they just said "yeah, he knows to get off if someone needs the station"; But did nothing... I had to say to the boy myself: "hey I'm sorry, but I'd like my guests to get to use the game truck that I'm renting" and he did, at that point, (with 25% of the party left) relinquish the TV. I had fed the crew pizza, offered them cake, and (even after all the frustration) sent them off with a tip... Even though I felt I didn't even REALLY get what I had contracted in my opinion. Two stars for showing up on time. Kinda generous, in my opinion, all things considered. I do not recommend. Upon seeing this review, Mario texted my personal cell with the message below. Obviously a class act. You want this guy around your kids? Not me. Reduced review to one star.

The website makes it sound like they have very advanced AI robots, but they are all controlled by humans. I'm 99% certain Titan is a human in a robot suit, but he was entertaining. If you were alive in the 90s and had a Poochie robot puppy, most of their robots are a step or two up from that. My boyfriend and I took my 10 year old brother here, and it's about what I expected for an I-Drive attraction. The computers at the front kept going down, so we waited in a long and disorganized line to get in. We started out with the Titan show. It was extraordinarily loud. (If you have kids with sensory issues, I don't recommend this.) I did find it cute and funny, but my 10 year old brother got bored of it about 15 minutes in. The virtual reality was the highlight for my little brother, but only 2 out of the 3 VR headsets were working. The VR is like an Oculus, but you are also on a machine that moves. I did like the VR. The exhibit itself is why I'm giving this only 2 stars. All of the robots are in one room. The room is blasting loud music, so you can't even hear the robots talking or hear to interact with them. Of the 9 or 10 robots they had, 3 of the robots weren't working. The others didn't really interact with you, rather, it was as if they were on a loop. Granted, that could have been due to it being so loud. Overall, this is FAR too expensive for what it is. I wish this was location was still Whirly Dome.
