They've got a lot of great merchandise to choose from, I was very tempted to buy more than I needed. But I found the willpower and bought the cutest Mickey plush that says "My First Mickey 2026," perfect for a newborn baby! I also purchased a bottle of water. They have mobile checkout so it made paying really easy, and I'm able to get my cast discount applied through it as well. Once the purchase is complete, it creates a QR code to show to a cast member when you leave. They scan it and boom, you're done. I love this store and will definitely come back when I can.

Magically , by the time it was my turn, there were no more packs. If the employees are buying packs, they should have the same limits that we do and those packs should not be advertised as available to buy on the door . If the count was accurate , I would not have sat in line for over an hour just to leave empty handed ... not to mention there were several people behind me too who at least 10 should have been able to get 2 packs each .

The cashier was the most rude lady I've interacted with in some time - as soon as I walked in, she gave me an up-down and turned away when I had a question. Someone she was familiar with was there the whole time from before we walked in, and she was huddled over the counter just whispering to him the entire time. When I tried to ask a question, she walked away and pretended not to notice, then went over to the shirts and was telling him "not to waste his money here" and holding things up to him to grab. For the store layout, it's truly just cards everywhere with little to no physical games. There are still plenty of other locations with physical releases, so I'm not sure why this one was just gatcha heaven. Completely disappointed, won't be coming back to this location again.

On this occasion, there was only one person in the store, as this is a smaller store. I don't recall his name, or if I even got it...But the store was very organized and the guy working was very friendly. He checked all my games and then let me know he could only take one. When selling back there were a couple options: store credit (but since I was moving I didn't opt for that) cash (which would be significantly less) or putting the credit on a gift card (which i opeted for). Well, my ONE game was only going to get me 50 cents...so I put it on a gift card, which I figured I could add money to toward the purchase of new games. Yay! I like that during the process, he was very patient with all my questions (as I've never tried to sell anything back) and I was impressed with the service I got. Like I said, he checked all the games and they are so thorough that if there's ANY scratch on the top they do not take it. I never even knew that was a criteria. Even the teeniest scratch mark...In any case. I wish I had gone here sooner (before I garage-saled all my old games but live and learn.) The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. While we wish they sold more masks and costume accessories, we were pleasantly surprised by how many cool items they did have. The store is very clean and well-organized. Highlights included the giant Gremlins and Pokémon vending machine, though sadly it was out of order, it was still fun to see! We also noticed a neat speakeasy out back that we definitely want to check out next time. Overall, this is a great spot for any nerd, collector, or cosplayer. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to come back!

Nice shop and Great customer service…read more While I mainly look for vintage figures the shop seemed to have a nice mix of modern and vintage depending on what you're looking for. They also had a nice selection of comics. My main collecting focus right now is old Mattel Secret Wars figures, while I didn't see any of those the Horror Figure section caught my eye. We ended up leaving with a set of Halloween 3 Toony Terrors and 2 of the 2012 Figures Toy Company reproduction Mego Mad Monster figures. All in all a solid shop we'll stop at whenever we're in town.
