No trip to Disney World is complete without a stop at the Emporium. We stopped in to see their fallen Halloween merchandise, however, the full collection is not out yet since the first Mickey's not so scary Halloween party isn't for another few days. The full line of fallen Halloween merchandise should be released sometime at the end of this week. We will have to come back to see more. We did buy a couple of Halloween themed T-shirts, so we were happy about that. There was a cast member that assisted us, and she was very nice. The store was cleaned and organized... It was still early in the morning, so hasn't had the opportunity to be messed up yet lol read more

We always go to the store first and see what they have. As some collectibles are not available here that are more on the specialty stores on certain part of the park. Like across the street has some higher end collectibles like bags and watches. Place do get busy at the end of the evening after the light/firework show but check out lines are always quick. We tend to take our time at the end of the night and shop. Also eat to avoid the long line for the monorail. Main Street here I come !!! This store has ALL YOUR DISNEY MERCH!!! From toys to accessories, clothing, treats, home decor and more. I never ever leave here empty handed! This store seems to have been renovated since the last time I was there, so there's more room and higher ceilings. They've got a lot of great merchandise to choose from, I was very tempted to buy more than I needed. But I found the willpower and bought the cutest Mickey plush that says "My First Mickey 2026," perfect for a newborn baby! I also purchased a bottle of water. They have mobile checkout so it made paying really easy, and I'm able to get my cast discount applied through it as well. Once the purchase is complete, it creates a QR code to show to a cast member when you leave. They scan it and boom, you're done. I love this store and will definitely come back when I can. read more

The Emporium is thee giftshop to go visit when you are in Disney's Magic Kingdom. They have absolutely everything you can possibly think of, from plushies to clothes to pens to keychains! You can spend a good chunk of your day visiting every room in this store, as it is over five rooms large! I love how they are so welcoming here and every time that I come, there are more then enough new things that I am interested in buying. The store is always well-kept and you will never see something in the wrong place, or an empty shelf, for more then a few moments. The staff is always friendly and have helped me find gift ideas for my friends when I am unsure what to look for! The giftshop is decently priced and varies depending on what you are buying. The emporium is an extravagant and enormous gift shop that sits right on the entrance of Walt Disney world magic kingdom off the Main Street section. Usually if you are park hopping. Whereby the big 4 each little section of the park will have different gift shops featuring different character merch and items to purchase. The emporium has all Disney work merch in one spot under one roof. It as mentioned is massive and features multiple rooms so it may take awhile to find your item but you should be able to find it if you seen it at another park gift shop. On our recent trip we stopped in here so 4 of my 5 girls can get their choice of Mickey ears. So they had a lot of fun browsing the several different options. Overall a cool shop and Like all speciality gift shops they are very pricey. But you expect that when visiting Disney world. But it's a cool place to do all your browsing in one spot and can save precious time by coming here instead of browsing and shopping at every single gift shop spread across the 4 parks. read more

This has always been my absolute favorite and the best gift shop in Magic Kingdom! So many different options and it's like a whole block worth of stores linked together. Of course, it's Disney so it's gonna cost you but there are different tiers of pricing for the souvenirs and collectives. Unfortunately, the day I went there was a torrential downpour that brought in a cold front and a lot of the winter wear was selling out but I managed to get two sweaters fr my daughter and I for about 98 bucks. The world wide fan favorite, Minnie Ears, are currently running about 29.99 for the basic design as pictured. All ponchos are 12.00 for adults and 10.00 for kids. It's worth it to get the ponchos instead of taking your own that can be found at a local retail store BECAUSE it drapes down a little more and covers you. Countless people ran to the stores to get the bigger ponchos because the rain and wind tossed the cheaper ones they had on. Oh and word to the wise, be prepared when you take your toddlers in there...that's an automatic extra 50 on your tab Lolol. read more

It was nice coming in before the park started letting people on for rides! But was very disappointed when the overall merchandise! Disney has been slacking with the designs and overall men's apparel. It seems that they have gotten lazy with new designs and stopped doing new park exclusives merchandise. I use to love buying the exclusive stuff but it's everywhere now either online or Disney springs. But I was very disappointed when I went to Disney springs which had a fantastic selection then coming to the other parks and it had the exact same things. So the feeling of needing to come to the park to get exclusives and getting excited about it was none existent. But it's still a cool experience but still unfortunate. read more

The Emporium is the largest shop in the Magic Kingdom and is modeled after a 20th turn of the century emporium. It covers almost the entire length of the left side of Main Street USA and includes Disney clothiers and the hall of champions shop. It carries every type of Disney souvenir found in the Magic Kingdom including pins, 50th anniversary merchandise, Magic bands, clothes, plush, toys, candy, art, Minnie ears, Christmas items, D tech, and so much more!! It is normally designed for people leaving the park to get that "item" they may had wanted to buy in one of the "lands" while they were visiting during the day. It does get very crowded at night as the crowds tend to flock here. Likewise it is a good place to visit in bad weather. Check out lines can be very long here so Disney has instituted a new way to purchase things. It is called "scan and buy" through the My Disney experience app. Here you can just make the purchases through your phone, stop at a designated service station. They scan your barcode give you a bag and you are off with your purchase! No waiting in line. What it doesn't do is give you the 10% off the Chase Disney card if you spend $50.00 or more. If you want to save those bucks then wait it out at the checkout lines and show them your credit card. They always ask you there if you have it or are an annual passholder for other discounts. Another thing to be aware of-Although the Emporium carries a lot of merchandise from the Magic Kingdom they don't carry everything! For example if you saw a unique pin at Star Traders in Tomorrowland then get it there!!! It helps me to make a note of where I saw something and what store it was in just in case I find myself having to go back to that same store. Disney has currently suspended their package delivery system to the resorts and front of the park. You can arrange to have your items shipped from here. While I was here I came across a cute Jiminy Cricket "conscience" pin. I fell in love with it. Since my purchase was small I used the mobile checkout and I was out the door in no time. It's a handy tool if you want to buy and get out fast. The nostalgic theme of the Emporium is very laid back and I enjoy visiting this large shop whenever I'm in the Magic Kingdom. The best place for Disney memorabilia/souvenirs - aside maybe from World of Disney - in all of Disney World. This version is very similar to it's Disneyland counterpart - even with the placement on Main Street and the size and multiple entrances. Almost anything you want to buy from the parks, you can find here aside from specialty items (like Muppet merchandise), specialty stores, or larger selections (like Star Wars). Some of the stuff here you'll see throughout the parks, so if you want to get something but want to wait until you leave, this is the place for it. Obviously it's Disney, so pretty much everything inside is overpriced. They have some "deals", but you need to buy more to save that $2. It's spaced decently enough, that even during crowded times you can maneuver around without feeling too confined - though some areas it's harder to walk around if overly crowded. Something to look at is on some of the outside windows. The moving displays are excellent. Employees were pleasant despite the madness at times with crowding and difficult customers. Located on Main Street in Magic Kingdom at Disney World. Even just to browse, it's worth stopping here at some point during your visit to Magic Kingdom. read more

The Emporium is just about every kind of Disney souvenir you can get - all in one place! I've reached the point where I don't like going in 100 gift shops while at the parks, because a lot of them carry the same stuff. This is where The Emporium becomes a life saver, because you can find pretty much whatever you are looking for in here! There are multiple sections: apparel, kids, kitchenware, plushies, etc.. and the whole store is one long space that takes up one side of Main Street. It is a little narrow and can easily feel claustrophobic when the park is busy, so I don't spend too long in here. The lines can also get long in this store, but thankfully there are many registers and they all move pretty efficiently. This giant gift shop at the front of Magic Kingdom houses a lot of Disney World paraphernalia and clothing for many Disney movies. It's important to note, however, that this store does NOT have everything that's at the smaller gift shops in the differed t world within MK. So, if you see something while out and about the grounds of MK, I advise you buy the item then and there and not wait to check this store on your way home, because it may not even be sold here. Geared toward little girls (as If you haven't guessed) with Princess costumes, clothing and plush doll toys well, you get the idea. The Emporium? They basically have everything! This is the largest store located on Main Street USA that has room after room of the largest Disney selections and merchandise ever! I could literally spend almost one full day here and have so much fun doing so; of course, I had to limit my time because I didn't want to drive my husband crazy since he is not a fan of shopping haha! I was searching for a t shirt that had a character and had the words Walt Disney World spelled on the shirt. I found a shirt that was cute but I wasn't really a fan of the colors. I asked a cast member if she had the same shirt but in another color and she brought out a very lightly grey colored shirt that had Mickey Mouse on the front and said Walt Disney World underneath him. The cast member told me the shirts just arrived that day and they did not put the shirts out on display yet. I asked her if I could buy it and she said yes! How sweet; the Disney workers are the best! I kept looking around the store and they had so many things I wanted to buy like a cute notepad with the Cinderella Castle on it (how cool is that), a bag of chocolates with Disney characters on it and magnets for the refrigerator; a got one so cute!!! Every time I am inside The Magic Kingdom, which is often, I find myself inside this store several times. I stopped by the emporium to get a gift and was a bit overwhelmed with all of their merchandise. Although the layout of the store is great, it can be a challenge when the store is so busy ( all day, everyday). The Cast members that assisted me, were very friendly and pointed me to exactly what i was looking for. They offer a great selection of merchandise, especially the Disney themed clothing. Disney has really stepped their game up when it comes to fashion. Although i went in to get a gift for someone else, naturally I left with something for me as well. I had to bring the shirt that i bought for myself back on another coat because i bought the wrong size and the Cast working that day were eager to help me and did an exchange for me without any issue. If you are planning to visit the Emporium, I highly recommend that you do it as early in the day as possible for a less chaotic shopping experience. read more

This is the largest merch store in MK and if you looking for something this would be your spot to find it because Holy Crap is there a lot of junk in this place! This is like Disney's version of a flea market where there is a little of everything but good luck finding it unless you are ready to go through mass amounts of people in tight spaces while dealing with the unbelievable volume of noise in the place. In our previous Disney visits somehow we had never visited The Emporium and that was on purpose because I knew once the lovely wife and children saw what was in here we would be making a hundred plus dollar stop and Sho' Nuff, we did. So I f you decline buying it at one place and change your mind later, it makes it easier instead of having to remember where you saw whatever it was you were on the fence about buying. Decent gift shop located on Main Street USA in Magic Kingdom. We visited during our last day at Disney World after my sandals snapped and broke. I bought Mickey Mouse sandals, but they were quite overpriced - $30 per pair! I had to chalk it up and get those sandals, since I didn't have any other choice (they don't really have much of a variety or other options) and didn't want to walk around barefoot in the amusement park. We looked for other souvenirs here but couldn't find anything else that interested us. I'd recommend going to "Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe" for souvenirs instead - we found plenty there! read more

This store is absolutely massive and your one stop shopping deal for not just the Magic Kingdom but Walt Disney World in general. The Emporium, isn't just one store it is a chain of about eight stores. You can get jewelry, clothes, toys, sporting goods, kitchen supplies, EVERYTHING, and of course it's all Disneyfied. This store spans the length of Main Street U.S.A. so when I say it's big I mean it. After you make it through every single store treat yourself to a delicious hot dog from Casey's Corner and sit and watch some cartoons to relax after the brutal experience of the Emporium. (Yes Casey's Corner is also connected to the Emporium). The reason I only give this store three stars is because it is sooo long and narrow, that you spend most of your time battling strollers and tourists. Most of the time there's more people in the store then there is in line for Space Mountain, seriously. One huge plus of the Emporium though is since it does span Main Street, if there is a parade or something going on and you can't get down Main Street, then you can cut through all the shops and find yourself just about at the entrance of Adventureland and Liberty Square. I'd like to preface this with the following:if you are a manager of this store of any sort I would love to speak with you about how I was treated in your store today. All the other times I've ever been in this store I've had no complaints. However today was a different story. I went in the store in search of a pair of women's crocs. It was my 3rd Disney day and my feet were sore and achy. First of all, they had NONE for women. Little boys, little girls, and men's but no women's. That was pet peeve #1. Then I began to ask members of the sales team where I could find ANY Crocs. Finally the 4th person I spoke to actually sent me in the right direction. The rest of them seemed pretty clueless about anything they had for sale in that store. I finally locate the men's section of Crocs and the only color they have is Navy Blue. Now I ask you, what color is the majority of the apparel sold in these stores? Black, white, yellow, & red-What Mickey & Minnie Mouse wear! And all they have is navy blue crocs? Pretty crappy selection if you ask me. Just to double check I wasn't overlooking the black crocs they SHOULD have sold so they could match their attire better, my problems only got worse. I didn't get her name, but she was from Mexico, Missouri. I nicely asked if navy was the only color they had in stock. She told me yes, and if I wasn't satisfied with that I could feel free to visit the Crocs outlet they have there in Orlando! Ummm, really?! I'm at Disney! Did she REALLY think I was going to leave the park to go buy some shoes?! That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!! And extremely unprofessional if you ask me. Very large Disney store. Nice place to check out and get out of Florida heat. Those are my two reasons to come in maybe avoid the rain too. Can get expensive so if you do decide to buy something be prepared to pay. They also sell tylenol and other medical remedies, but you can get them from first aid for free still but I'm not to sure. read more

Who doesn't love a HUGE store filled with complete happiness? Most of the time it is very hard to maneuver through the store especially close to closing time but i love seeing all the product especially new items. During a recent visit I was trying to bypass the store, but saw something in the window that quickly caught my eye. A Beautiful frame that had sayings from the Aladdin movie. Through asking several employees, which one told me that sometimes items are placed in the windows that they no longer have (WHAT?!?)... I asked a employee that showed me exactly where it WOULD be.... and they were sold out! - Why have about 10 of this frame in the window and not a single one in the store to sell? I was advised to check with downtown Disney.... which isn't a easy option for me. I was able to the find the item quickly and easy at a store at Hollywood Studios. Its really hard sometimes to travel through this store with a stroller, so keep that in mind... and keep a eye on little ones because you will be bumping into people alot! read more

Humongous!! I love this store! There are sooo many things to look at and buy, it can be a little daunting, but don't let it ruin your shopping high! I like that there are always "specials" at most of the Disney shops, if you spend so many dollars on your purchases, you can get a Disney item like a blanket or throw for so many dollars more. I got a fuzzy blanket for $20ish dollars after spending about $45. Not sure what kind of deal it was, but I needed that blanket! It's hella freezing in my office at work, so I think it was money well spent! If you see something you absolutely love, I say - buy it, because you might not find it in another shop throughout the parks. If you do find that it was an unneeded impulse purchase, hopefully you kept the receipt and have time to return it before your vacation is over. ps: if Main Street is too crowded, you may be able to cut through the Emporium to get to the end of Main Street (or the beginning - depending on which way you're going) and hopefully get past all the chaos. But, the shop may be crazy busy at the end of the night after the park closes. read more
